I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at S and O Automotive, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Derrick, the manager, provided exceptional service. His communication was excellent, he was friendly, and he took the time to explain every detail of the repairs needed for my wheel bearing, axle, and the installation of a new set of tires. Not only was Derrick a pleasure to work with, but the turnaround time for the repairs was incredibly quick. I was back on the road in no time, and my car feels as good as new. I highly recommend S and O Automotive to anyone in need of automotive repairs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Fabulous trustworthy shop. They do great work and are sincerely caring. The last time I was there I asked them how to get a couple stubborn decals off my car, they completely got them off for me and worked on the lid of my gas tank straightening it out which was dented. They rock!

Great experience. Twice, I've needed something fairly quick (exhaust repair before an inspection(which they did). Staff is helpful/knowledgeable and I've got a new place to go for some of my truck needs when they arise.

Price was great and waterpump needed to be replaced and once that was replaced my vehicle was knocking and it wasn't doing that before, now I took it here do the reviews and everyone haven't such a wonderful experience however when I explained the knocking they disregarded it and advised they would have to charge me to fix it when they advised my husband they had to remove the mount in order to repair my water pump. Please beware of this place they aren't honest at all. I just took my vehicle in yesterday and today it's other issues if you can please go somewhere else everyone.
