I can't begin to explain how great of a job Steve did. My ac was blowing hot air on my driver's side and cold on the passenger side. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a great price. Also, he changed out my windshield wipers!! I would recommend him to anyone

Incredibly helpful and honest. Brought my vehicle in for what I thought was one issue. Was told that wasn't the problem and that something else was. Did not perform unnecessary work and instead showed me exactly what the problem was. Showed old parts and did not attempt to oversell. Will continue to go back here for any maintenance needs.

I shopped around for an independent repair shop after I grew suspicious of the dealer I'd used for repairs since getting the truck. Many said Sacco's, a long standing business in the area, was competent, fair and scrupulously honest. I found all those here. I needed a major service on my truck or so I thought but the owner advised me that I was (based on what the dealer told me) asking for things which didn't need to be done. I ended up paying about half of what I expected for this major service. Now I'm a customer and recommend Sacco's to anybody who wants their auto service done fairly and at reasonable cost.

We went to this shop to investigate a "check engine" light. He did a diagnostic test to give an idea of the source. He thoroughly and explained that the problem and his method for correcting it. All of this was done within 20 minutes and he didn't even charge us for the diagnostics. While we will take a "wait and see" approach as the problem is not emergent, we have to comment about how professional and fair Mr. Sacco is. When we are ready to make the repair, we will definitely be back! Btw, Mr. Sacco, we also enjoyed the ambience of your shop which was warm and clean with a bit of jazz music playing in the background and Smithsonian magazines lining your shelves.

Our grandson is stationed in Albuquerque and last summer his truck a/c went out. An auto supply store added freon and told him he needed a new compressor. We had no idea where he needed to take the truck for service so I called seven auto supply stores to get a recommendation. Most could not help me but one recommended Sacco's and said that Mr. Sacco was a very reputable man. And he is just that. The truck just needed less freon. He could have easily said the compressor needed replacing and got to us for $1,400. There is no way our grandson could pay that out of his military pay. Total cost to make repairs was $43.00!!! And the a/c is still working this summer. They are located right outside Kirtland for even more convenience.
