I have to say that I wrote a review at the time I was frustrated and caught up in my feelings. This review is from my heart and not anger. Sackett Auto has only been a big help for me and my family. The owner and his mechanics is awesome and very knowledgeable of their work. Though dealing with an older vehicle repairs and diagnostics can take some time they would still find the issue and address them. These guys know their stuff and will get your vehicle going in the right direction. I want to thank the owner personally for his patience and care with my family vehicle. I highly recommend their service to anyone and ask that you have patience with them. This is my honest review.

I'm so happy I chose to come here to have my door handle replaced. Richard was extremely helpful and the team worked fast on the job. This place definitely gave a warm family business feeling and I will be back for any and all of my future auto repairs.

Had my 2005 Nissan altima's oil pump and timing chain replaced, Very fair, and expedient. Had an issue with the crankshaft sensor upon pick up and they took care of it no charge. Highly recommended.

After a prior mechanic diagnosed my car, they didn’t put it back together right and my car started running very poorly. I took it to the skilled mechanics here and they took their time diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem. They didn’t fix the problem because it turned out to be more serious than what I can afford but they did put it back together the correct way and my car started running like it used to. Thank you guys so much for getting me back in the car of my dreams. Highly recommended for their attention to detail and lots of car knowledge.

Amazing! Had an issue with my vehicle on my way out of town. Owner said to come by and he would take a look. Instantly identified the problem and we were on the road in no time. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of auto repair or maintenance!

Called for an appointment to have the 2003 Dodge caravan evaluated. Went in the next day and left it with Jerry. Called me later in the day. Went over the items. Last but definitely not the least of the issues was the transmission. Jerry: i cant say when its gonna go but its gonna go. Me: i can fix all the items but it may very well turn into a money pit? Jerry: yeah, pretty much. Drive it into the ground. Me: ok thanks, ill come get it. When i arrived, Jerry and i had a great conversation - have similar life experiences. We bonded to the point he actually felt comfortable asking me if i would consider getting married again (to a woman 🥰). 😂. I asked how much do i owe you. Jerry: does $95 sound fair. Me: 🥸 you tell me, it’s your time. Jerry: i didn’t make any repairs, i just wanna be fair. Me: I could’ve hugged him but we didn’t bond that much. Sackett Auto is a good place. Thank you to all of the reviewers whose reviews actually led me there. Yes. I reviewed pep boys!! This is me too.

I had taken my vehicle to Sackett Auto Repair for a broken connector in the clutch linkage. They diagnosed and repaired it in a matter of a couple days. The same was true for a faulty blower motor, which they honored the warranty for when it was making errant noise. But the real plus was when I brought my car in at a later date thinking my clutch was going bad (which would be a costly repair) at which point they test drove it and diagnosed it as something much less expensive and that I was able to repair myself. That goes to show a great deal of honesty and it is greatly appreciated as a customer! -Sam

Rafael is the best, most responsive, most knowledgeable and friendly mechanic we've ever worked!!! He doesn't waste your time and will only tell you to bring in your vehicle in when he has time to work on it. He has done wonders repair my husband's classic cars when all others failed us and they charged a ridiculous price. He's rate have been very reasonable, even less than we would expect at time. We trust him with all of our vehicle repairs.

my car stopped on me and the owner/ manager and his bookkeeper were extremely extremely helpful they were unable to determine anything wrong with my car but it gave me the confidence to know that I could drive it they were the kindest nicest professional people I've ever met. and there was absolutely no charge for their service.
