I've been here several times (originally recommended to me by a former coworker). This little shop has done honest and quality work each time. During this most recent visit I had to have my front axel + lower control arms. Initially, the shop thought only my front axels needed to be replaced but when I picked it up, I was still experiencing the same issue. They checked it out and confirmed there was an issue with one of lower control arms, resulting in an additional charge for parts. I took the plunge to get both sides done as it is recommended despite not being able to afford the cost. This is where I have to say that Mai at the front desk is INCREDIBLE. She noticed how distraught I was and not only comforted me, but spoke to the shop manager Scott( at least I think he's the manager). Not only did he cut the waste management fee and some of the labor down, he knocked off a little bit more of the cost. Auto care is costly no matter where you go, but it's the extra care and consideration they've extended to me that keeps me coming back. Big props to Mai and Scott.

This weekend I took my car to Safe Auto Care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process. Not only was the repair done efficiently, but the pricing was also transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges, which I really appreciated. Scott even went the extra mile to check on a few other issues I hadn’t mentioned (I’m not mechanically savvy) and gave honest advice without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. This experience was by far the best one I’ve had in town with mechanics. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Scott and his team at Safe Auto Care.

I went to another shop to diagnose my car and they had it for 2 weeks before they quoted me $6k in repairs. I wanted a second opinion and came to Safe Auto Repair and it was fixed in 2 days for a third of the price. Ms. May at the front, Mostafa, and Scott took great care of me and I really appreciated their level of professional communication after the bad experience that I had. They were honest and quick and I would come back here if I were to ever have more issues.

I have been to Safe auto for 4+ years, they never disappoint me. Scott and Mustafa are down to earth, straight to the point and caring professionals. The repair quote are affordable and reasonable. They are not after your money like other mechanic shops who are focused on upselling services which is not necessary thus wanting to make a quick bucks at the expense of the customers. They only diagnose the problem and provide excellent advice on what needs to be done and then the customer can decide what’s next. Overall, they are honest, reliable and trustworthy.

I was skeptical at first, but they did indeed live up to the best reviews. Bought a part to be replaced, and they charged for the labor. Great, friendly customer service - at the desk and from all technicians. I asked to watch the instal and was allowed. The price they quoted on the phone is the price they charged. If you wait, it can be faster. There's even a discount for writing an HONEST review.

They did a great job on my 2010 S550. It was at another shop and they installed a fuel filter, starter & fuel pump for $360.00 and it still wanted start. I took it to Safe Auto Care and they had it running in 1 day. I thought the battery was to pricey but it’s running and I definitely will be taking it back again.
