My second time using them and I won't go back. Very frustrated experience at this shop. Dropped my car off for an oil change and alignment job, only to pick it up later in the afternoon with CEL and faulty temperature reading. Ended up having to leave the car overnight because it was time for them to go home. Eventually they found out MAF sensor was disconnected and faulty, took a week to diagnose and replace. A week later, finally got my car back, except this time weird intake sound from the engine bay. Popped the hood, the air intake box was not tightened and secured with clips. Out of desperation, I took it to a Subaru dealer for inspection and they found the air intake box to be broken. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars in repairs and maintenance from this experience. I have lost trust in their service quality.

This is the best place in Phoenix. There is no reason to take your car anywhere else. They are all very knowledgeable and extremely honest. Only go here if you value good work and integrity. They have both in spades.

Mike from Toydoc Auto referred me to use Saguaro alignment & brakes that is awesome that 2 local business refer clients to each other. Mike got me right in early today so my ‘22 Tucson could track perfect again. Great Job!!

Brought car in to fix leak. $1250. Got home, car was still leaking. Brought it back, they said it was a new “different leak”, that just happened to be dripping from same spot. Tried to charge me another $1250. Pass. Take your car somewhere else. There’s plenty of honest, competent mechanics in the neighborhood.

Gary did a great job for me! After being turned away from several local and chain alignment shops because my vehicle is customized, 13 inch long travel front end and upgraded rear end, they were able to help. Not only was it done right the first time, but these guys were able to see me the next day. I highly recommend saguaro alignment!

I brought my straight driving SUV for a routine alignment and left with a steering wheel turned 5 degrees right and car moving right in straight lane at all times. I went back several times to give them an opportunity to fix it and they were either too busy or at last told me my car drives normal and it’s the slanted shape of the road, not the car. Waste of time and money.

Excellent service everytime and on every vehicle I've ever brought in. Big or small, these guys are great. Communication is important so as to have reasonable expectations. Knowing your car and keeping it maintained helps, too. And here's another tip, bring in a clean car. Your mechanic will appreciate it.

Gary and staff are very professional and most Importantly honest! You know those hole in the wall business, which take care of you exceptionally well, this is one of those very few! This gentleman Gary doesn't give you anything else but the very honest truth as to what your vehicle needs. Nothing else. He is as well very honest as to why he has to conduct his work! They have Brakes in the name of their business ess and the words' I think's shouldn't be coming out of their mouths to their custo.ers. over 500 dollars to fo my back brakes and 4 days later. It was done but very slowly and I will not. E going back there ever again.
