This is going to be my car repair place from now on. I called Chad this morning because I had a bad grinding noise in my front wheel, and he told me to bring it on in. He took a look at it and within a couple hours called me back and let me know that he had found a small stone lodged in the wheel that had bent the brake backing. He fixed it right away and charged me just under $70. A lot of other places might’ve tried to pull a fast one on you and charge an arm and a leg — hundreds of dollars at least. But Chad was honest, he really knows what he’s doing, and I had my car back in great working order within a few hours. I can’t say enough about my good experience here.

I came here in early August with my mom as my brother’s radiator broke before our day-long drive back home. The owner is so incredibly kind and accommodating, he charges fair, and he works very quickly. The store is cozy and we got to sit on the couch and look at the fish tank (which everyone who entered the store liked) comfortably while he was fixing our car up. He also fixed another part of the car to make sure we were all set on our ride home without us noticing the problem. Just an all around genuine guy who will get your car working for you. Thanks again!!

This place had great service and were very honest with pricing. They were able to replace my radiator at a fraction of the cost other places were quoting me for. They were also extremely helpful and gave me tips moving forward regarding other things with my car.

If you are in Colorado Springs this is your guy to go to. Super personable, honest, great at keeping you up to date what's going on, etc. Rarely would I recommend an auto mechanic- but this situation calls for it

Took my car here last week owner said he would call me when diagnosed. Called and told us 350 will get it running. We told him to fix it. We go to pick it up and it is not running right still. He acted like we were crazy when we told him this. Left it there for about 2 weeks he finally calls and tells me he can't fix it and to tow it to kia and he keeps the 350$. Will never go here again be careful.

We’ve been loyal to Chad as our mechanic for several years, glad he owns Saigon now. He is always generous and fair, highly competent, efficient, and friendly. He helps us understand exactly what was wrong and exactly what he fixed, and is always transparent about showing us the actual parts, market prices, etc. He usually gets the job done same-day or as fast as possible—no waiting weeks for a simple fix. He’s helped us make good decisions when purchasing cars and his pre-purchase inspections have majorly saved us in the past. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mechanic. Thank you Chad!

This auto shop used to be my trusted location to bring the car in if it has any problems, but since the different guy take over the shop , this is absolutely a big “no” from me ! The new takeover guy that i met don’t really appreciate the business with customer and dont honor his words ! He keep telling me that he will text me or call me back about my car problem but day by day i am the one who always remind him ! And luckily that I found the different shop to fix my car which is a half price cheaper than his quotes and they responded me so quickly then come to my house and resolve the issue of my car in the same day ! So , next time if you dont bother to help the customers with their car problem or you think that job doesn’t worth it then just say no to the customers , dont make them wait for your respond and waste their time ! With all the respect, i will not recommend this auto shop anymore!

Chad was absolutely awesome. I am from out of town and Saigon just happened to be next to my work. He did such an amazing job with making sure I was going to be safe and everything was how it was supposed to be. I would not hesitate coming back here if I have anymore car troubles in the Springs. I stumbled into this store by happenstance. I had seen a vehicle for sale out front. Upon talking to Chad (Store owner) I asked for some advice on a current vehicle issue I was having (a different mechanics shop was telling me I needed 1700 dollars in work done). Chad walked me through the issue and told me what needed to be done. The next day I took my vehicle in, and Chad took a look. He fixed the issue and then some. During the entire process Chad was extremely honest, great service and gave us a very fair deal. I would highly recommend this shop to ANYONE who needs vehicle repair/service. 5/5 We have a new Mechanic and Saigon Auto Repair has two new customers.

Truly Good Owners that have a strong heart for people. My daughter was in Colorado Springs and her car broke down. I; being somewhat of a mechanic, called multiple shops to find a down-to-earth mechanic. I was blown away at the respect and care provided my daughter from Saigon Auto Repair. They prioritized her car and their quote was much, much less expensive. With that all said, she has returned home (for a month) and I was able to see and inspect the repair. Their workmanship is amazing. I hope you consider bringing your car to Saigon, you will not be disappointed.

Used to take my car here when Tony owned the shop, was amazing, just had my car serviced by Chad for the first time and he was absolutely amazing as well. Fixed my Outback, was honest, fair, and timely. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Springs that needs quick and effective work done on their vehicle. Opens early at 8am as well so you can get a head start on your day.

We are a group traveling from Texas. My brothers car battery has issue with the charger around 5PM. We just Google this place that happened to be 3 mins from our Airbnb. We dropped in at 5:55 while they close at 6PM just trying our luck. Tony was so kind that he told us to try to bring the car over ( we jumped started & it’s only run short time). We booked a snow mobile trip in Breckinridge non-refundable the next morning & there was no car rental available. Tony didn’t close his shop, waited for us until 6:15, we was able to bring the car over, he search for the part & found one so he stay until now (9:30 and maybe a bit longer) to help fix my brothers car for us, no other place would go out of their way like that to help a customer with potentially no return as he knew we from out of town. I pray God to bless Tony beyond measure in his business. What a genuine car mechanic, simply amazing!!! Thank you for helping us today
