Sam Lovetro is “the” mechanic and auto shop to go to in Rochester. I was reminded again today why – they are honest, straightforward, consistent, and reliable. Also love that they are conveniently located around some of my favorite Rochester spots for coffee and lunch.

I have had multiple great experiences with Lovetro, which was recommended to me by a friend. They are easy to contact, have open availability, and fair prices. I recently took my car in for an oil change and they also replaced my very old wiper blades and filled up my tires. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my car here for 3 years and always get great service. Sam explains issues to you and goes over options before doing any work. Recently I had brakes replaced and noticed some squeaking after, so I brought it back and he replaced it with no charge. They stand by their work and care about their service and customers.

Sam Lovetro Automotive is, in my experience, the most honest, experienced, expedient and no nonsense auto repair garage in the Rochester area. Sam and his incredibly gifted mechanics complete work in a timely manner with respect for the auto and the owner. I will continue to take my auto there until he tells me that the doors are closed. Thank you to Sam, the office staff and the mechanics.

Sam communicates efficiently regarding the damage and the cost of repairs. He’s honest and reliable. He went the extra mile in taking care of my car. He has years of experience and I would recommend anyone in Rochester to go to him if you need your car checked or fixed. It takes a while to get an honest mechanic and I am glad I went to him when I got into an accident. 11/10!

Went in to meet to see what kind of shop and what kind of mechanic he would be he was condescending it's not like I didn't learn anything about mechanics from my grandfather who designed and made tools for Freightliner and it's not like I learned anything about customer service from working on commission.

I have been here on multiple occasions and been happy each time. They’re thorough, they explain in a helpful way what needs to be done, and the price is always fair. They also did me a favor because I didn’t have a tool once even though it was the end of their day. Definitely recommend.
