I received a free estimate and thorough inspection of my Hyundai Kona. Everything was explained in a manner that this grandma could understand! The estimate for the immediate work needed was CONSIDERABLY LESS than an estimate I had received at another business. Everyone was friendly and so pleasant and very professional. I also received information regarding future work that they felt was needed. I was also informed that there were financing arrangements that could be made if needed. I will definitely be returning for my future auto needs.

Only place I go. Trustworthy. Honest.. Update. New year's eve I took my car in. That morning my car wouldn't start I had to get a jump. Brought it in thinking probably needed new battery. They found no issues. As I was there I mentioned I hoped my car would start the following Thursday for work. Long story short made it to work on time with no problems Thursday morning. The same morning I received a text from Same Day Auto just wanted to make sure car was going good. 10 stars if I could. Thanks 🍻

So far, both times I have went to Same Day Auto Repair on Sheridan I have been impressed. This last visit though, Tim went out of his way to help figure out what the cause was for my Kia's oil leak. I appreciate all of the guys there that helped to fix my SUV. Thank you!!

Professional and friendly crew here. I come in every few months for my oil change and they get me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Price is also reasonable, and the waiting area is comfortable. I also appreciate that I can call them for quick checkups, such as for oil top-offs and to air up low tires, and they are always able to squeeze me in. Thank you, guys!

They call themselves professional, yet further damaged my car and won’t accept responsibility. In good faith I took my car to them to diagnose an engine light. They had to order an air valve intake assembly for a clip that was not the right clip, so they said. They had my car for a week waiting on the part. The marked up the part after telling us initially what they would charge for labor and parts. Gave us a quote and decided to get kick back from the part from Mercedes. After picking up my car, from their so called repair, the check engine light came back on. I also noticed my AC was working intermittently . I immediately took it back the next business day and now the issue was a purge sensor. They didn’t mark up the price on that because of the fact we called merceds to verify the price of the part. Get my car back and still AC isn’t working properly. We take the car back a 3rd time at there suggestion to check the AC: Not only did they not even check for any issue they never even moved my car! My Mercedes app tells me when the car is stated and moved. The time is in real time and it showed and stayed at the same time I dropped it off. When I picked the car up I asked about my AC because it never had any issue prior to the day we picked it up from them. He denied any responsibility and said he needed to charge for a diagnostic! They are some crooks and unfortunately fraudulent people! Never ever again will I deal with unworthy businesses that don’t stand behind their work and who are ok with treating customers like this! Update: your timeline is incorrect. We dropped my car off for a check engine light on October 10th. Due to the part delay the car was kept at your repair shop til the repair of this entire hose assembly could be fixed. We picked up and paid for the repair on October 17th. The engine light came on the same night. We have record we called you immediately the next day October 18th. You all advised us to bring it back in the Monday following which was October 21st. You then told us the engine light was on because of the purge valve. We paid an additional amount to have repaired. I noticed the air improperly working and we called you all immediately. We have record of that phone call as well. We were told to bring the car back up there to allow you all to check. I will refer to my call log to confirm the date of that call. I didn’t bring it because my schedule did not allow at that time, but you were called immediately. We then brought my car back to you all November 7th all in relation to my AC and the eco system not working. My app recorded my car that day as never moved or started. I also have record of that as well. We picked up my car that same day, which was our conversation. I am still working on getting my AC repaired.

This is the worst experience U have ever had. The man didn't stand by his word, and he was very hateful to my 16 yr old grandson. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. GO to the west 41st street store. They are very delightful everytime I've been there.

i was on a road trip from KCMO to DFW and my battery light came on WHILE I WAS DRIVING (terrifying). i search “auto repair shop”, saw this one, called and justin answered and kindly said they could get me in right away!!! he even reassured me that they have payment plans. as i sat and waited, all the staff was very courteous to other guests and knowledgeable as well. they were pretty busy but they still got me in even though my visit was a surprise! they went above and beyond and even retourqed my tires for me. i got approved through Acima for a brand new battery and it also covered my wiper blades. i’ll be forever grateful to the dudes!!!

Called and scheduled appointment for an alignment told them what the car was then they quoted me $99 the day came and soon as I got there someone else said we'll it also needs a steering angle adjustment when we are done. Mind you this is before they even looked at it. That's an additional $70. Left immediately called another place and they confirmed that wasn't true. lies

Took my car in to have the shocks and brakes checked and told they were fine which was my amateur assessment as well but WE decided I needed new tires because they were 7 years old. I will be going back

Well I took my car in to get checked out and I was told that I needed a power steering unit after paying for a diagnostic check well come to find out that the diagnostic check that I was given show that everything was okay with my car other than the power steering unit however after taking my car to another location it was determined that my battery was bad and that was the issue with my power steering unit so after purchasing a brand new battery I've had no issue I spent $154 when I was given an estimate I would have to spend over $100 for my power steering unit that I did not need it all I'm very disappointed because I've used same they service before and now I really wonder the repairs that I had done did I really need
