I’ve used Same Day for years. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always fix things right the first time. Their prices are fair. When something goes wrong, they are always my first thought. I have all confidence in Same Day.

i personally do not know anything about cars , when my car broke down and i had a freak out over it john was the one who helped me with every step and was so so paitent with me , when my car had another issue (unrelated to the first ) i knew i was in good hands and could get it done quickly. thank you guys so much for fixing up my susan (my cars name 😂) i highly recommend them , they also offer financing !!

I waited a while to leave a review, just to be sure everything stood up well. Mr Shane and his coworkers went above and beyond for me and my family. Got a full tune up and new tires all done in the same day. I'm very grateful for their professional support. Definitely coming back to get this sensor fixed soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Their communication about what my car needed was excellent and they gave me several options for the repairs. My car was done in 1 hour! Every staff member I dealt with was extremely professional and polite. And, they provided a courtesy ride to pick up my car. This was my first experience with them and I will most definitely be returning!

When Tucker and his crew ran the shop on 61st /South Lewis, they were always prompt, courteous, and very professional. Now, I believe I’m being charged for an oil changed and not even getting it done. My last 3 oil changes, I didn’t get the sticker in the windshield. I paid, then get into the car, start it up and it still says “change oil soon”. Manager comes out and reset it. They ran codes on the car and cleared them out without even informing me. I no longer recommend these guys. They appear to be there for a paycheck and not good service. Heads up, they didn’t tell me I could’ve used my AAA card for a discount. I plan on going to TUCKER in a different city. This shop is not my first choice anymore.

I would not recommend this place due to having to come back to fix my thermostat and radiator five different times. Every time I went back there explanation was that they did not know why it isn’t working still. After paying so much already they did not accommodate us even though they did not fix the problems. Just to later find out from a different mechanic that I have blown a gasket. So I was misdiagnosed from the beginning with Same Day!

My experience here was the best out of all the auto repair shops I have ever visited. The Rep, Michael Perez, was friendly and attentive throughout the whole process which made everything stress free. Whatever the techs/mechanics did, I truly want to thank them as well. My car no longer makes those horrible grinding noises that I have had for years and have had many other look at. My car feels so much better driving on the road. AND the price was even better! Michael worked with me on finding the best price and was well with in my budget. I will definitely be going to Same Day from now on!

They’re professional and knowledgeable. But the prices can be ridiculous. Especially for breaks and replacing radiator hoses. The labor for such work is ridiculous. But I do love there professionalism and work.

Would recommend as I have been taking my vehicle here for just about everything. But not anymore. The previous owner did as well. But once I started to look into the engine bay to what else needed to be done after they did all there work I noticed multiple wire harness hold downs snapped so the wiring harness could hang freely. Multiple places where the hold downs just weren't bolted down. Missing bolts. Enough that the serpentine belt began to rub into wiring. Horrible at inspections as I asked for them to look for leaks as I knew I had some. Was told "probably the oil pan gasket I can qoute that out for you." Would have left a 5 star as I have been taking/trusting this place for years.
