The guys at Same Day Berryhill are awesome! They stayed after closing to help me with an issue with my vehicle as they had never dealt with something like that. They Were efficient and very helpful. I will go back to them in the future for any auto needs.

My truck broke down near same day auto and they allowed me to have it towed there and had it back to me the next day. Staff was knowledgeable and service was great. Highly recommend.

When you don't have much of a choice of mechanic because its urgent and everyone else is booked, these guys will do it fairly quickly and be honest with you. I had an idea where the problems in my car lie and I wasn't surprised to hear the diagnosis. The sticker shock came after the labor costs were relayed to me. Of course these guys don't have much of a say in that because its a chain so arguing is pointless, you just take it on the chin because you need your vehicle for work or personal reasons. On one hand, its nice to take in a vehicle and have it ready in short order. On the other, you better have some savings on hand or a decent paycheck when your car breaks down otherwise they're holding until payment is made for service. TLDR ; No complaints about the service or timeliness but expect to be raked over the coals in labor costs for the speed of service. IF you can afford to wait you can probably find better rates elsewhere. 3/5 would take for alignment and balance or if im really desperate. EDIT : Part failed on my van twice and both times had it replaced under warranty, no questions no issues. Another good aspect for using these guys but my above point still stands.

Wouldn’t tell me price or the work until I brought the truck in for the work. Quoted 2.5 hours for front shock replacement at $128 an hour. This is an old truck with no springs. Decided to do it myself, took an hour in the driveway. Pricing way too high. Replacement of front shocks and alignment shouldn’t cost $430.

12/8/23 Repeat visit. Noise in front under hood area. Dust cover broken off at one corner around screw. Placed a new screw in new area and now good to go. Yay!! These guys are great!! First time visit. Jeff and Justin were great. Service timely and reasonable. They even removed a giant rat nest under the hood. Will definitely return for future issues.

WOW!! What a phenomenal experience! They did not try to over sale me on something I didn’t need. They were very professional and very fast in their service. They did a great job and my vehicle runs better than it did before I bought it. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic. Good and honest mechanics are very hard to find and I’m glad I found them.

I took my car in to have the brake lights fixed (they were stuck on). Previous to bringing it in, my car drove fine. The part that had fallen out (a tiny plastic bit) was a cheap little thing, shouldn’t have been a big deal to fix. They told me they had to take my car apart to fix it, which would be a $150 charge. I thought, “okay, whatever, it’s still a cheap part and they know what they’re doing.” I paid. I barely had my car back for five minutes after they messed with it and the brakes kept locking up. I went back. They then said my brake carburetor was locked, and that it was simply my bad brakes, and not anything they had done. But my car worked fine before they messed with it, the only issue was the lights. I 100% believe this place ruined my car, and made it to where fixing it was just no longer worth the money. I wasn’t going to say anything because it was an old car and I was planning on eventually trading it in, but since this company won’t stop sending me text messages about leaving a review (even though I’ve replied STOP like three times) here’s your review. I could have had a lot longer with that car, but since I took it here I had to give it up the same day. Don’t recommend this place.

The shop helped me with figuring out what was going on with my car quickly. The manager was absolutely sweet with helping me talk to the dealership to get repairs and everything figured out. Absolutely recommend them!
