I <3 Sammy! He’s quick, extremely capable and has a lovely smile from the heart that reassures more than I can say. We “met” after I ran my car over an unmarked, unlit island in a parking lot - at 10pm. Absolutely a miserable experience, and completely infuriating. Brand new car, two flat tires. Called AAA, and their response was that it would take 40 minutes to arrive, and I’d have to have the car dropped at a shop, have someone pick me up, and then deal with replacing tires and getting to that shop the next day. No. I just screamed inside, “NO!!” So, I started looking at my options on Google, and realized I needed a 24-hour tire service. My first call was to Sammy’s, and I am so glad it was! Sammy arrived in 15 minutes, and put my car on a jack, snagged the tires, took them to the shop and put on used, but very good, very safe tires. That way, I was able to get on my way, in my own car, within an hour. I was able to arrange the next day to make an appointment at my convenience with Sammy’s (thank you Jerome!!) to replace them with two brand new ones. The story doesn’t end there. I was parked the next day in a parking garage, and my girlfriend offered to snag my car rather than having me walk very far - am having surgery on my foot soon, and she wanted to help out as best she could. When she picked me up, she said she thought she’d “bumped” my front tire on a curb. Ummmm…. I went to Sammy later that day to get the first two new tires, and as he was checking the car as I started to pull out, he let out a holler and asked me what on earth I’d hit… and I was utterly bewildered. Told him my friend had gotten my car out of the garage, and that she might have bumped it… but it was more than that; the tire had a flap on the side - and needed to be replaced. Heaven help me!! So, today was the first day I was able to replace *that* one with a new tire, and Jerome was just as joyful and kind as the first and second times. Truly. If anything happens to a tire anywhere in the Memphis area, my first call will be to Sammy’s. Always.

DONT CALL ANY OTHER TIRE SHOP!!!! AN ANGEL AMONG MEN!!!!!!!! Thank you Jerome for saving the day!!!! 7 P.M. Saturday night!!!!! We called a few tire places, they were super effing rude!!!!! Some jerkpole, ran us into the curb on Poplar!!!! Lucky! we didn't hit a pole!!!!! 🤏popped 2 tires.. Jerome was there in minutes!!! With a beautiful smile!!!!! From when we called to driving off, it maybe took an hour.. so fast!!!! Great service!!! Two brand new to us tires!!! On the road!!! No tow truck, no waiting at a shop!! Such a blessing we called Sammys!! It was also affordable, which is a shocker in these days!!!! Peace and blessings!!!!! Thank you for being awesome Jerome!!! ...Hopefully never! But we know who to call in a situation like this, everytime, from now on!!! Thanks again for saving the day!!!!

Arrived early hours before anyone else was open on a holiday weekend and they were able to get a patch on the tire to keep us going. Fast and friendly.

We got there at 1am on memorial day weekend and they got our tire patched and put on. They did an awesome job and the worker is a great guy!

My husband had a flat in downtown Memphis and had no spare. He called Sammys at 4am to see if they had a tire and they were open all nite! Got him a tire and back on the road within an hour!!

They are amazing. My tire was going low fast at 2 in the morning. I am a Lyft driver and no where else was open and they fixed my tire in a timely manner

2 1/2 hours waiting on Roadside Assistance (9pm til 1130 pm) found Sammy's Tire Shop on Google. Spoke with them, they located my size tire. Assured me they would take care of me and they did. David was waiting when I arrived and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you David and Sammy's Tire Shop.
