This place is a scam !!! I went to change my breaks and rotors and I specifically told the girl that my breaks were making a noise and possibly damaged the rotors. So she gave me a quote of $200 for the service . Not even 3 min driving away the sound was back and louder and I called them to tell them . They told me that they in fact didn’t change rotors after I mentioned it before they started working on my car and could change them for an additional almost $500 and check the noise . So you’re telling me that I’m being charged almost a total of $700 to change 2 breaks and rotors ??? Took it to another shop where they confirmed a screw was missing and if they did the job right they would have noticed it was missing and also seen the damage on the rotors ! I could have had malfunctioning of the breaks while driving and these people didn’t even help ! SCAM ! Just wasted my time and this was my first time there definitely don’t recommend !

Edward and his team fixed my sisters A/C and replaced my brakes & rotors and we were able to pick them up the same day we dropped them off! Fast, professional service & very reasonably priced! Finally found a reliable & trusted mechanic. We’ll definitely be back!

Was coming here for service to my vehicles but recently had a bad experience with one of the employee and the owners basically did nothing ...just play it off not even a apology....wanted a oil change but after the incident they said they are out of oil 🤔...coincidence I think not...will not be coming back here needless to say..

Gente muy despota, no recomiendo ese lugar si quieren que los traten mal vayan ahi, les ahorro el mal rato, el manager un señor indu super despota casi me avento la seguranza con la mano, y los señores que tienen ahi muy mal encarados, evitense el mal rato de ir ahi/ very spoil people in this place not recomended at all, dont go, the manager very rude person….

I recently bought a vehicle from Mike at this dealership, and there was a check engine light on that he agreed to fix if I bought the vehicle we took it back-and-forth to his mechanic and they kept turning the check engine light off telling me that the vehicle was fixed But the engine light kept coming back on so I kept taking it back . Their mechanic kept saying nothing was wrong with it. I took it to my mechanic and it needs a whole new engine the dealership Refuses to stand by their word. They are not trustworthy people and I would not buy a vehicle from them. I have all of the text messages saying that they were going to fix the issue and now that it’s been over six months and they haven’t fixed the issue that they no longer can. Remind you this issue has been an issue from day one so it’s not one that popped up after I bought the car.

It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve been here and the mechanics here do pretty good work. Their prices have gone up, but they do reliable work in my opinion

Very horrible service. Don't waste your time and money going here. They made me pay $65 and couldn't even tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. Edward was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Again don't waste your money and time coming here.

I brought my vehicle there for maintenance and got a quote agreed to the quote and they said that they would have my car ready by the morning, But they contacted me in the morning and said that its going to be more money I asked how much and more and ithey almost double the price Eddie acted like he really didn't want to do the work maybe because it was Friday and he didn't want to get dirty idk but he over charged for the maintenance got a quote from another Mechanic and he charge me 1/3 of what he charged I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to Sam Auto they are not honest Mechanics

Son unos estafadores. Cuidadito al cambiar el aceite ahi… no cambian el filtro, aceite malo y muy caro. No vuelvo a ir. No recomiendo. Ademas son desagradables
