Sexist, condescending, dishonest, tried to charge me over $100 to replace my dipstick. As I left their shop after repair, the owner said “the oil is not clean maybe the car will start on fire, I don’t know.” If that is the case, why would they not fix that? A week after I brought my car here, it stopped working. Such a negative experience it inspired me to just buy a new car so I don’t have to deal with unpleasant auto shops again. Don’t recommend

These guys are the best! We've going to them for years and they've always been trustworthy, hard working, and quick. They have worked on our Forester, Prius and Tacoma. Highly recommend them.

Good service, ... got my front brake pads replaced and an oil change for $120... that’s just for the labor I supplied all the parts

last week my car broke down close too eagle rock bl.i didnt know anyone in that city i called few places .got my car there somehow but knowing i was despret they all wanted to take advantage .only sams auto was fare .and told me it was a easy fix .and i only needed to change water hose ..thank u sams auto
