They need to improve on their customer service and hire more staff at the tire and battery center. Will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this place.

I would rate this experience a 1.5, primarily due to the value it offered. However, the scheduling process was extremely problematic, and the sharing of information was poor. Despite several attempts to contact the department, I was consistently met with challenges. My calls were transferred to overseas support, who incorrectly informed me that there was no tire order under my name. This was contradicted by the Sam's app, which showed that my tires had already been shipped to the store. Further attempts to reach the store directly were futile, as my calls went unanswered. When I tried the scheduling phone number, I was met with a generic voice prompt system that was frustratingly unhelpful, leading me to hang up in annoyance. Out of sheer frustration, I drove to the store early to drop off my car, indifferent to the potential wait time, only to be told I had to schedule for another day. On the day of the appointment, we encountered another hurdle. Despite being accustomed to paying through the app for years, we were unprepared with physical payment cards and the store refused to key in our card information. This required an unnecessary trip back home to fetch a payment card. This experience was compounded by lackluster customer service, making the entire ordeal highly unsatisfactory. As a result, we have decided not to return to this location for tire purchases in the future. In contrast, while Discount Tire may be more expensive, my experiences there have always been positive. The staff is consistently friendly and upbeat, a stark contrast to what I've encountered here.

I always go there for tire and battery. Manager Jose and his team are always friendly, and do a fabulous job. I recently had my foggy headlights cleaned. Now they look like new!!

Service could not be performed because the only technician available did not report to work. Manager was understanding of the issue and took a good twenty minutes to find out if he was coming. He then decided to close the shop down for the rest of the day. I expect Sunday will be removed from operating hours soon due to lack of staff.

I went today for my tires installation, for second time unfortunately I missed the wheels key and I have to come back later. The reason why I give 2 stars it's because the guy from the staff gives a poor service looks like if he doesn't want to work there or had a bad day, Rene is his name. After checkout I was attended by other guy who friendly told me what's going on I I just stopped wasting time. And thanks I appreciate that. They're not taking appointments and that's make people waste time when they need to take a day off for this and going through the mornings to see if there's a chance to get the service. Honestly I was about to cancel the service and go to another place. I hope this can be helpful for other people.

Not worth to get tires done here. Rather go to somewhere that are specialized in providing tire change service and are available to provide services

Sam's club Auto department is Awesome... Its was easy and covinent to get air filled, get wipers changed while shopping and that too at no extra cost to my pocket...

Looked at sams app found tires on one day sale:) I went with my wife 3 days before sale to order and buy tires and make appointment.. after arriving tire department was closed (Wednesday 3:00 PM) talked with manager and she helped ordering of tires but informed me the sale was only on Saturday and I would have to come in then to pay in person, she also told me she could not make appointments:( I arrived on Saturday paid for my tires and then scheduled installation on Monday. Installation took 2 hrs.. and after leaving I checked tire pressures, all of them were off by 7-10 lbs. also have a bad vibration between 60-70 mph.. definitely not going back!!!!

Really disappointed. I was the very first car there was NO ONE ELSE THERE and yet it took 20 MINUTES to tell me that they can't even fix my flat and tried to sell me new tires.
