I made an order online. Booked appointment showed up. Told me they have my tires in stock. So why book the appointment in the first place. I went earl today to speak with them. And now they are telling me they can’t do anything. This is so disappointing.

Brought my vehicle in for a tire repair. I watched the technician work on my vehicle. He was through, doing quality checks after completing the repair. In addition, got a quality manager to review the work. You don't find that level of detail at many tire shops. Great Job

I would give this Sam's Club Tire Service a negative value if I could. The absolute worst tire service anywhere. This Sam's tire department staffs the laziest, most dishonest, employees anywhere. This Club would not honor the tire rotation and wheel balance warranty purchased at the time of the original tire sale. I was told that my tires were too old, had low tread left, and were dry-rotted. This was a total and complete lie. I left this Sam's and drove straight over to the Denham Springs Sam's Club and they had no problem whatsoever rotating and balancing my tires. The tire manager told me there was nothing wrong with my tires, and they were still in good shape. I tried to call the manager at the North Mall Sam's Club to complain to him. He never returned my phone calls. I called the main office at the national level of Sam's and filed a complaint. The national office tried to call the local manager and could not get a return phone call. Due to the total lack of customer service, I gave up my Sam's Club membership. I work hard for my money. It spends just as well at other vendors. I will never accept being lied to and disrespected as a customer where my money helps keep the doors open and people employed.

Out of the tires I needed. Said they could order the tires for me. I'm wondering why if they were out stock why they weren't ordered?

My boyfriend got all 4 tires done here. The price on the tires were great! But I’m giving 3 stars because there was a new scratch on one of his rims. It took about 1.5-2 hours to get all 4 tires changed- not sure how long it normally takes. I’d come back because of the pricing of the tires, but I’ll be sure to take photos before getting them changed.

worst customer service I've ever had I heard the guy working there lie to another customer & tell her they stopped taking cars in at 5 when the day before they told me they stopped taking cars in at 6.... and then after I leave my tire light comes on bc they didn't put enough air in my tire when they were done !!!

Bad service. The staff is very argumative and does not listen to customer’s need. She think she over charge the service and was mad when I point out the error. The management did not attempt to resolve the issue at all. Not recommend this place.

Slow...told me an hour wait time, took 2 hours to change 4 tires. But prices were best I found
