Came in on a Tuesday morning, got here 30 minutes before my appointment to anticipate a line, found out that there's only one guy working, so not only was it understaffed but the wait time was ridiculous. I came out two hours later after my appointment. Also when I asked about installation of the tpms sensors the lady in the front said it would be $35 dollars each with a $1 installation fee for each. Well before paying, I found out that it was $5 installation fee and when I asked the lady, she said she made a "bad calculation", when the barcode to scan it was right there. so obviously this was not a mistake, just an oversight of hers--still very poor customer service. And to top it off, a man approached me stating that I could have left just my car key instead of all my keys, just as a precaution as the keys held a house key and it would be better to keep them than give them to the lady. Really no waiting area either so you'll have to wait in store or have someone else pick you up. Oh! and you can't use your sam's card until after your appointment, so I couldn't do any shopping even if I wanted to, as I had to wait for my car to be ready with its new tires first.

If you want to waste your time here, go for it. Terrible customer service. If you book an appointment, you can show up whenever you want. They don't call you when a bay is available. There is no waiting parking or waiting room for tire service.

They WILL take forever to do any work to your car and WILL NOT page or call you!!!!!!! Disgusting how poor their customer service skills are. If you can’t trust them to do the simple things you for sure can’t trust them with anything important.
