Only one person had some decency. I showed up to get my new tire on my car. My appointment was at 3pm but I arrived right when they opened so I could see if I could get it done before then. I expected that I would have to wait. They said to come back in an hour and we can get that done for you. I arrive 45-50 minutes later (mind you, I was just sitting in my car in the parking lot where they fix the tires). Once I go inside to check, they then tell me that they have appointments every hour! Why didn’t they say that before? Anyway, I ask to just take my tires with me, then the person literally walks away. But one young man got me my times. 0/10 experience!

Sold us a bad car battery and refused to warranty it 3 months later due to our membership expiring. Off to Costco instead. 😒 No one should waste their time here.

They have always been good to us. Sometimes the waits are long (2hrs) but you are usually getting a free/discounted service. I've had many tires replaced for either free or prorated. Even our specialty ordered 295/35/21 (a $370 tire) was warrantied.

I bought my tires online and about a week later, I got the call for an appointment. When I checked in for my appointment one of the employees talked to me about the tires that I ordered versus what my needs were. He ended up going through some tires to make sure the tires that I ordered or what will fit my needs for the car and was very helpful. It took about an hour and I couldn't be more thankful for their service!

Need more staff. No one at counter as guys were working inside the shop. No one available to answer phone calls.. They replaced my blown out tire with a new one and placed my spare beneath my truck while I walked in side the store.

Only open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, unconcerned with honoring service plans or warranties on tires, on December 17 they are booked out well into the new year, unapologetic. Corporate arrogance at its worst.

I can't thank Jeff and the rest of the tire & battery team enough... Everyone was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Even though they were super busy, Jeff and Justin patiently answered all of my questions and the service was very quick. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of my tires today!

The tire center is very unprofessional and lack the value of customer service. The lack of respect for members is unbelievable. I request a store manager and spoke to him abt one of the employees in the tire center calling me a 'MF' and all he said was 'we'll talk to him'. I was surprised when I saw the employee 2 weeks later. I'm sure I'm not the first or last person he will called that but I definitely expected more from the Sam's Club brand.

I've called 4 times between yesterday and today and either no one answered the phone or I was put on hold and never returned to. Pretty much the same thing happened last week. Corporate needs to wake up and give these workers in that department some help. Its way past aggravating.

I had the 2nd appointment on a rainy Saturday. There were only 2 workers and they didn't seem to expect me even when they found me in the appt book. I had ordered tires a week earlier and the night before, I found my Sams ad book with $70 off the tires i bought, so i presented it to pay. I was told that it wasn't good until the following Wednesday. I was disappointed, but not angry. After paying almost $1000 cash for tires (nothing fancy, I drive a Nissan Pathfinder) I left to wait and thought I would ask a manager about the discount. All I said was I got these tires and the sale doesn't start until Wednesday... he said no problem and went right over and told them to honor it! (literally that quick) Great! I would've given 5 stars if the tire associate thought to ask if he could honor the discount, no waiting area, had to sit in the outdoor furniture area for 2 hours, and they tried to refund the $ to a Sam's/Wal-Mart gift card instead of giving me cash. (I objected and they just voided the sale and re-rang, took 2 minutes tops) They actually gave me $75 instead, for my trouble.

I went this Sam's club to change all 4 tires on Friday, 12th. The staff were nice and kind in the beginning. I saw 2 techs. Were working on my car, one looks newbie, the other one is actually teaching the newbie. While the newbie is working on one tire, the other one is so fast and is almost done with 3 tires. However I was a little worried about his fast working process. After they have done all 4 tires, I went outside to check out the job they have done. And I found out one of the rim cover was missing. Actually it was broken off. I asked what happened, the girl in the tire register said it was just an accident and they will pay for the piece when I go and get the estimate from the dealer. Wrong answer! I have to go to the dealer and get the estimate for them. I am guessing the fast one broke the rim cover when he working on the wheel balance machine. What a bunch of unprofessional people! If the fast one used the right working procedures and the right tools, I did not have to go to the dealer for my own and valuble time.

Paid $400 to get two tires changed, fine, ok. 3 weeks later my tires are changed. They first failed to identify that my tires have lock keys, so I had to reschedule. and you just try to get a hold of these guys on the phone to save yourself the trip, just try. I called on 3 occasions after this to reschedule and all they did was transfer me around and they legitimately hung up on my 5 times. anyways they main thing is, they damaged my Konig Crown rims, heavily. both tires they installed, the rims now have big chips off the paint where they were too careless with their machine. 2nd, if you do choose( contrary to their horrible service) to go here, refuse any service by Kevin. He is utterly disrespectful, inattentive, careless and clueless about what the concept of customer service means. These people broke my lock key, not once, not twice, not three.....but 6 times. Yes they actually broke 6wheel lock keys, of which were paid for ALL by me. 3 weeks later, at last both my tires are changed. So i let Kevin know that I want to keep the old tire for a spare. I assume he's off to bring me my tire, but he simply walks away, without saying anything, and leaves inside. I had to physically go inside their "no entry" zone because that lazy excuse for an employee was too incapable of bringing me my tire. The only upside to any of those horrible experience was Bruce, the service manager. Kevin also chucked my paperwork into my car, disregarding me and refusing to put the paperwork where it belongs, in my (now filthy) hands from lugging the old tire in my trunk. Will never return to this place. Go ahead, try reaching their tire department on the phone!
