Sam Walton believed that treating employees well leads to better customer service and, ultimately, to a company's success. John Kirby, along with the Sam's Club Tire team in Jonesboro, proved this philosophy true tonight. With closing time just an hour away on a Sunday, they showed outstanding dedication to customer service. After driving on gravel roads most of the day, I started hearing a loud screech from one of my driver’s side wheels. Being from Kansas City and needing to drive back the next day, I wanted to ensure there was no serious issue. I suspected a rock was caught between the rotor and dust shield, but I needed to confirm it. After calling four other places, I remembered the Sam's Club nearby, where my Nana shopped. Without calling ahead, I drove straight there, hoping they could help. John Kirby quickly came to my aid, helping me identify the source of the noise. Sure enough, a tiny rock was causing the loud screech I'd been hearing—and likely annoying anyone nearby! John didn't ask for my name or membership; he simply saw someone in need and helped. Thank you, John Kirby. Your kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I hope Sam's Club recognizes your exceptional service. And should I ever need tire services again in Jonesboro, I’ll know exactly where to go.

I was told by the tech that this nail was too close to the sidewall for my tire to be repairable and that I had to replace the tire… Now either this guy has no idea what he’s talking about or he was lying to upsale me. On another encounter, I took our Jeep up there over a slow leak and again the guy said it was unrepairable. I took it across town to Smith and they said it was right in the middle and had it fixed in no time. There is no telling how many people they’ve lied to and sold new tires to when their tire could have been easily patched. They tell you free tire repair is part of the membership, but this is just a gimmick to try to sale you tires.

When it comes to tires and batteries for your vehicle. This place has you covered!! The staff there are highly qualified and they are easy to talk to. If you are in need of tires and or batteries, this is the place to come see. I recommend it!!!

Erik and John. Those are the names you need to know. Went and got an oil change at another location, and roughly 10 minutes later smoke was coming out from under our hood. I pull over and check and there is oil all over the bottom of the engine bay. We were on our way to Sams initially so we headed here. We thought either the other location had doubled up on o-rings or didn't place one in at all. We pull up to one of the bays and are met by Erik we explain the situation to him and John. They get tools and start helping us out, low and behold no O-Ring. I ran to Walmart and got more oil and another filter. Erik and John both stayed to help us with this issue and did not have to at all. If they helped us out with a problem that wasn't theirs, imagine how much they will help you with your issues.

I went to Jonesboro Sams today to purchase tires for my Honda Civic. They told me that they didn’t have the right tire, but could order it. They said it would take at last 9 days for the tires to come. Who wants to wait at least 9 days for tires……..when you need tires, they are needed much sooner than a tentative 9 days.
