Had my tires rotated and installed here. Lugnuts were overtightened, and when I removed the tire myself, one of the studs sheared off. Happen to be walking by the shop watching the process. Noticed the employee was using torque sticks with power tools and zero hand tightening or torque wrenches. When you use power tools to install lugnuts, the nuts heat up, the threads stretch and it weakens them. That is not the appropriate way to install lug nuts. You can go lightly snug with the electric, but you need to finish with a torque wrench. And that's why I had to spend time and money getting it fixed. It's also why I will never go back there to get tires installed or to get tires rotated. Whatever you save in tires you will more than pay for in repairs to your wheel studs.

I do not like SamsClub's new telephone answering system for Tire & Battery department! Now, when you call, it rings one time and then gets transferred to a call center in a foreign country. When I call a store, I'm wanting to talk to an individual working physically at that physical store location.

Robert and Brewer did a great job fixing a mistake another shop made while mounting tires. They had it in and out in 5 minutes and we’re so nice during the entire process.

Trying to get some information on tires and was transferred to someone in another country. They lost my business but I am sure they don’t care.

I had a flat tire and expecting that I need to replace 1, 2 or 4 tires. The staff told me they will check the tire and update me if I need to replace it or not. I did my shopping and came back. And I was surprised when the staff came and told me that they removed the screw in the tire and fixed it. I was so surprised and happy. Thank you to the team.

In and out, friendly staff offered the best service without trying to rip me off, in a world full of scammers that call them selves "shops", sam's definitely have my business in the future.
