Staff is nice and helpful, knowledgable on battery needs. Customer Service is great! 5/5. One issue however, higher ups didn't have workers supplied with tools necessary for the automotive battery installation issues we had. A nut was fused on one of the terminals in our vehicle. Workers could try as they might with their strength, but the nut wouldn't move! We were told nothing could be done and to take our car and battery to be installed at a shop that would be able to handle the problem. I'm frustrated that management doesn't have a solution for these sorts of problems. ESPECIALLY since installation is included with purchase of battery, now we have to pay another serviceman for the work that Sams Club could've accomplished if it paid attention to this sort of problem. Battery prices are GREAT! I own an 2011 Acura, most AGM batterys will cost 260 at an autozone or other, here it was 200 with a 3 yr warranty (wish it was longer, but im fine with that price).

Mike was very helpful, explaining the pros and cons of each tire, how to get the best price, how long it takes for delivery, etc.

This my favorite location but today they made me mad the staff was mean in ignored the customer I did pull management aside in address the issues but it was resolved in I started my shopping

Bought tires there a year ago. Just had a screw in a front tire. Took it in to get patched and rotated all the tires. They did a great job. Super friendly.
