Dont order tires and expect to get them installed. Tires came to store in a timely manner but 10 days to get them installed? Really?? I told them to send them back!

Well the day started off not great, they didn't have my appointment down no record of it but I had confirmation call of my appointment they didn't even have my tires in that I ordered, but in came Susan no problem too big or too small for her to solve. She found me some tires that were very comparable even less money. I went and ate a phenomenal hot dog and spent $500 in the store while I was waiting. That was my only downside of my day the 500 I spent not the hotdog! She call me and got me right in and out the door. Thanks Susan for making a bad day a great one!!

Great service! William was very patient in explaining the different types of tires, pricing, and other stat info to help me make an informed decision on purchasing a set of tires Reasonably priced and better than all other tire stores I called.

Terrible service. The man with longer, brown hair has anger issues. He did not explain what he was doing with the vehicle well and became irritated when questioned. I understand you are juggling a million things in a shop, but it’s not an excuse for poor customer service. Find another job if you cannot manage to have a decent interaction with customers.

ANSWERED THE PHONE FINALLY, GOT AN APPOINTMENT 4 WEEKS AFTER MY CAR NEEDS THE SERVICE DONE. NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. ALSO, LADY TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL TELL HOW FAR OVER I AM FOR SERVICE. NOT MY FAULT YOU CANT HIRE PEOPLE. THANK BIDEN FOR THIS PROBLEM.

Called for tire prices went to sams to order the tires I was quoted to be told they cant be ordered and the tires i can order are 600.00 more

I’ m not happy with service. I order 4 tires today and I come here for change the tires. I’m ask they how long they done for the change , they say maybe 2-3 hours. And I’m stay here 3 hours and they call me, they say my lug keys not work, they just started my vehicle after I’m here 3 hours. I never do it again.

Great service, every expectation met. Dropped off SUV for tire balance & rotation. Service writer & technicians were very professional & friendly. Job was finished quickly, SUV was as clean as delivered. Tire balance felt good up to interstate speeds. Checked tire pressures & lugnut torque after arriving home, found all to be as specified in owner's manual.

Worst customer service ever. Lady with the Michelin tattoo is extremely disrespectful. Every time I go (even with an appointment) they always have an excuse for something they “can’t do”. Never answer the phone. I stood inside the club and called the tire place and just watched them let the phone ring. Disgraceful.
