The membership warehouse (SC and C) are easily the best place to buy new tires - good prices, no hassle warranty issues, lifetime balance and rotation. My complaint is the fairly recent change to an outsourced call center. I can no longer call the local store and see if the tire center has time to squeeze me in for a quick tire rotation/balance. I just waited on hold for 25 minutes, then finally hung up, trying to see if the Sams up the road could take care of that today. It's just dumb. I can call your competitor and talk with a real person that works in the tire center. For this reason... I'll probably only buy from Costco in the future, even though Sam's generally has a better selection of tire brands.

Me and my mom went to get my tire checked(for a nail) at around 630pm(oops) Jose and Salvador were very nice and professional looked at the tire and patched it down while we shopped, it was finished in about 20 minutes, I will drive here for my next tire/battery needs for sure. Thank you for hiring people like them Sam's Club😁

I ordered tires and they came in earlier than expected. I took the car at six p.m. on a Saturday and they finished before seven! James and Jesse are awesome!
