The drink station and condiment stations were so filthy that I was compelled to use the wipes they have on the tables to clean them myself. They were busy, but not THAT busy.

Had an appt for 4:00PM today. The one guy told me that they could put the different sized tires on my car since that was the size tire already on my car. But then I get a call today at 2:00PM stating that they are not able to do that now. So, that then forced me to take off my tires that I needed replaced and bring them to the shop to have them switch the tires onto my rims. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't keep their word or train their workers to know right from wrong and not tell a customer misinformation. Then I get to the shop and get greeted by most unapologetic and rude worker. Couldn't even look me in the eye to say hello. Kept looking down and didn't care about what I had to say or cared about any of the questions I had. I'll never come here for tires again.

I made an appointment earlier in the week. The call was automatically transferred to a centralized customer service desk. I asked for times available on Friday to have 4 new tires put on. The times available were 1 pm or 3pm and anytime after that. I chose 1 pm. When I got to the store on Friday at 12:30 pm I went to check in and was informed my appointment had been noted as 8 am and I had missed it. No times were available anymore for the day. Options offered were I could come back another day. No option to get me in at the appointment time I had - they were "honoring" those that had those appointments. But they didn't honor my appointment or feel that my business was important also? I left very sad and frustrated. I had taken vacation from work for this appointment. The problem solving assistance was not what I expected. I did go back to the confirmation emails I had gotten when I scheduled the appointment but all that was noted was the tire price and installation- nothing on date and time.

Justin over at the Sam’s club off of L street did a great job! He got us in with out an appointment and got everything taken care of no hassle ! He was very polite and got everything done super quickly! Absolutely ask for Justin if you go !!!

The manager of the tire place has no idea what he is doing. We bought our tires here last year. Yesterday one went flat and my wife took it in. The manager had no clue how to look up our order, he tried to charge my wife for the tire despite how new it was, said they didn't have the same tire in stock, and finally sent another employee, Adam, I believe his name is, to finish helping her. Adam was able to look up our tire order in 5 seconds, determine that it was still under warranty, and see that they did have a matching tire in stock, and got her squared away. I am giving 3 stars to Adam (who deserves 5), and taking 2 stars off the manager who clearly needs to either receive more training or find a new job because he's either incompetent or unethical.

Shopping for a family of 5 is so easy to do at Sam's. I like the wide variety of thangs to choose from. I pay more at a grocery store and get very little food
