Awesome service, I bought four tires from Sam’s, they had it shipped in two days and called me to setup the installation. The guys got me in and out in a timely manner, my appointment was 8:00 am. Thank you all for your professional help.

Incredible; I have been a Plus customer for years, and I bought 4 tires right here, and they were installed in 2021 with a 75,000 miles warranty. At 30,000 miles, I went to have a flat tire repaired, and they told me that they couldn't since the tires were worn out, and they recommended I change all 4 of them. I tell them that I've only driven 30,000 miles and the tires have a guarantee, and they say yes, It's true, but I have to bring them the evidence of tire rotations I've made so that the warranty covers me. I return the next day with 4 tire rotations tickets, and another employee (the typical bitter one who makes everything difficult) attends me and tells me that they cannot give me credit since I should have done one rotation every 5,000 miles. I only have one every 7,500 miles. As I am persistent, I go to Sams in Melbourne, and Robert and the department manager take care of me. They install 4 new tires with a credit of $83 each with excellent service, the difference between lousy and exceptional service.

I’ve given one too many chances to this service center to not leave the review I’m giving. I went to take care of a large screw that punctured my tire and was told that I have to come back another day because they were too backed up from the tire sales event they had. That I should try to come the next morning to see if they can fit me in because perhaps someone may cancel. And if I were to make an appointment it was going be any where from four to five days out. I’m sorry but this shouldn’t warrant a return visit or appointment when I clearly have air leaking from the tire (bubbles were forming after spraying w/soap and water to which I HAD pointed out because he didn’t see anything) from a tire I bought at your location. I shouldn’t risk driving 30+ minutes, in this 100+ degree heat, on the highway, to the next location because it’s too busy. Last time I went here, I was told that they reserve a bay for these issues and try to get the customers in/out quickly. How did I know this? Because at the time I needed to buy tires and they didn’t want to attend me because it was strictly tire repair. So which is it? You install tires only one day. Fix tires only the next? It also happened to be on that day that “no one” was on-site because the guy had already worked too many hours and was going home. The person I saw was just standing there eating time on the clock. I know he wasn’t going anywhere. It was early enough in the afternoon. I keep coming here because it’s close to my job and I think maybe it’s just an off day. I had two other issues that I won’t even get to but today’s event was the last drop. I did visit another club same day (drove the back streets 🙄)and was told it would be done in a hour which is what I expected from the beginning. I’m a Sam’s Club member for 20+ years. This seems to be the only service center I have issues with so unless your okay with long appointment times do yourselves a favor and visit the next tire & battery center for emergency needs. You’ll save yourself the grief.

Excellent Job!!! Went today, I was told 2 hour wait, they took me in 30 mins, nail in tire, being a girl, I felt super happy and safe to see that they took care of me with full respect! Definitely, will go back!

Long wait. It took forever to wait in line and talk to the customer service person , Will. He’s either really really thorough or really really slow. I tend to think it’s the latter.

Had a nail in one tire that they fixed. Two days later the same tire was almost flat. Brought it in and JC the manager took care of it right away with no excuses. It ended up being something different but they took care of the customer regardless. Will definitely come here for my tire needs!

They took forever to fix one tire and there were only two vehicles there wouldn't help other lady there with me. They also bent my car key and still have the nerve to say that I had given it to them that way.
