I have always trusted Sam’s for my car batteries and tires, even encouraging my friends and adult children to use them for the best price and warranty. It saddens me that after relying on them for years, they let me down. In February of this year, I purchased four tires and had them installed. In July of the same year, I had a blowout. Since it had been less than six months, I felt confident my warranty would cover me. I was told this was not covered under the warranty. As shocked and disappointed as I felt, I still decided to order a replacement. I was told it would be arriving in approximately 3-5 days. Two weeks have gone by, and I still have not received a call to inform me that my new tire is in. I feel extremely let down that a company I’ve trusted and bragged about for years did not step up and have my back when I needed them the most.

!!!!Pelea por tus derechos en el departamento de tire installation .!!! Una estrella es demaciado.Vine a esta tienda por garantia en mis llantas y fui tratado de muy mala manera por Fernando y especialmente por Eddie Este empleado trato de evitar por todos los medios de hacer valida la garantia. Cuando no pudo, y tubo que hacer valida la garantia solo en una de ellas y la otra no, segun por el desgaste , me consta que midieron justo a la orilla de la llanta la cual tenia menos de 2/32 requeridos. El advirtio o amenazo que la garantia era unicamente por la compra original y que la nueva llanta ya no tendria garantia, ya que esta habia sido usada por el remplazo, lo cual es ilogico y absurdo de echo menciono que me estaba haciendo un favor y con eso casi insinuando que no queria verme de regreso por esta tienda. Esto tardo mas de una hora para que aceptaran trabajar en mi carro. Me quise ir de la tienda pero la persona que me ayudo a traducir era muy amable y me di cuenta que no todos en esa tienda son iguales. Muy mal Fernando y Eddie no traten asi a los mexicanos ya que somos la mayoria de clientes en esta tienda, o busquen moverse a alguna tienda en Beverly hills o algo parecido. !!!!Fight for your rights in the tire installation department.!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. I came to this store for a warranty on my tires and I was treated very badly by Fernando and especially by Eddie. This employee tried to avoid by all means validating the warranty. When he couldn't, and had to validate the warranty only on one of them and not the other, depending on the wear, I know that they measured right at the edge of the tire which had less than 2/32 required. He warned or threatened that the warranty was only for the original purchase and that the new tire would no longer have a warranty, since it had been used for the replacement, which is illogical and absurd. In fact, he mentioned that he was doing me a favor and with That almost insinuated that he didn't want to see me back in this store. This took more than an hour for them to agree to work on my car. I wanted to leave the store but the person who helped me translate was very kind and I realized that not everyone in that store is the same. Very bad, Fernando and Eddie, don't treat Mexicans like that since we are the majority of customers in this store, or try to move to a store in Beverly Hills or something similar.

All I can say is they have such horrible customer service skills. I came in for my new tire appointment they had a mixup with the labeling & didn’t have the other 2 tires I needed long story short out of the FOUR people that helped me NO ONE bothered to say sorry, I apologize, it’s unfortunate not even a “my bad”. For will go to another location for future tires 🤦🏻‍♀️

They’re pretty good, have racks of tires but never has the tire that fits your vehicle. They must have all them tires for show because I only see them ordering. I have to ask myself, “do they ever actually have a stock of tires or are they just for show?” I feel like they’re just for show because never once in my life have I seen or even heard of them actually having tires that fit most common vehicles.

My my my how customer service has really fail and they still are using covid-19 as an excuse for customer service I went in there the other day right before they open so that I could be the first one there that was a waste of time because the manager refused to work on my vehicle and because he was under staff the sign does say they open at 8 a.m. however that was a lie because according to the manager they weren't going to start working on vehicles until 10 a.m. and he was adamant with his decision and according to the tire manager he had the backing of the store manager as well so I strongly suggest you better call First otherwise you might just get turned away.

Worst Sam's Club in Phoenix area. Slow and least helpful staff. Always lines, even if there just few people in the store. Always a mess. Looks like lack hiring and training skills to me.
