Awesome staff, very knowledgable and prompt. Had two flat tires in back to back months. I was able to walk in and get back on the road in the time it took to grab a slice of pizza. Thank you.

Horrible service!! Got a nail in my tire and they told me they couldn’t get me in for a full week. Tire repair is part of my membership. On top of it the woman working the desk is very very rude. I will never go back.

Do not buy tires here. Called to get a replacement and they said they’re too busy to even look up what kind of tires I have. Pointless.

We bought a set of tires from Sam's a year ago and just got a nail in one. Sam's determined that the tire couldn't be repaired and would need to be replaced instead - this was covered under our warranty. They didn't have the tire in stock so we had to wait a couple weeks for them to order it and then they were to let us know when it arrived so we could then get on their schedule to have it replaced. Nearly 3 weeks passed and we hadn't heard from them, so we called in and they couldn't find record of us, our order, etc. This was after calling 5-6 times before getting someone. The tire area is way understaffed and they never answer the phone. The only way to reach back there is to call the main desk, tell them not to transfer the call but instead to walk back there and get in front of someone. After getting very upset with them over the phone, they finally located the order for our tire and set up an appointment 1.5 weeks later to replace it. All this time we're just refilling our tire with air every couple days to make it last. We went in today to get the tire replaced, and they said they had no record of us or our tire. After arguing with them they found where they had ordered the tire we needed but said they may have sold it to someone else. After waiting 10 more minutes (with 3 young children in tow) they were able to locate the tire they ordered for us. They lifted our van up and wouldn't believe my wife telling them that the nail was in a driver-side tire. They condescendingly assured her they remembered it was on the passenger side, and they'd get it sorted out. They eventually found it was the back-left tire, and went to tell her, as if she hadn't already directed them to look there. From the time the van was up and being worked on, it took an hour for them to finish up (replace 1 tire). All and all, this was a terrible experience. It took over 4 weeks to replace a tire covered under Sam's warranty. I would say much of the problem is due to under-staffing. Beyond that, it's apparent they don't keep records, are unorganized, and generally can't keep track of what they're doing. Some of the staff are nice and some are pushy/condescending. If the tires weren't covered under warranty we would certainly never come here for any work. If we get another nail or issue with these tires, we'll try a different Sam's club instead.

Price matching is a fake. I wanted to order tires and have them price matched to the same tires I saw online at Walmart (they only price match to Walmart). The tires in question are on the Sam' Club website, but they can't order them. The process is for me to go to Walmart online, buy the tires and have them sent to the Sam's Club then when I go to pick up the tires they'll price match them. Sounds like bait and switch. Heading over to one of the 3 price competitors I brought in. Don't waste your time.
