They tried it‼️ They are about to go viral for all the wrong reasons ‼️ they gave me scuffed up used tires after I paid $528.73 for some Pirelli P4’s and put one of my tires on backwards ‼️‼️‼️ NEVER AGAIN ‼️‼️‼️ I bet you I won’t stop until this is resolved ‼️‼️‼️I’m ANGRY 😡

I Called for an appointment for tire installation. Then I came to my appointment to only to be told they don’t install tires not bought there. That would be nice to know over the phone.

I had a lug nut that was so tight that I was going to be sent out to another shop. The determination of the person who was working on it, paid off. He finally got it off and I was able to leave with all tires replaced. This was done within an hour. I was happy with everything they did.

Apparently no one answers the phone over there. I was transferred back and forth for 5 minutes then finally disconnected it's really frustrating.

Long wait for repair tires it’s like two weeks in advance they never have tires in stock I wonder what other tires they have up there that any vehicle that I have the tires will take a week or two

The gentleman who I spoke to first was so good, polite and helpful, they complete the work for the troubled tire quickly, but unfortunately they didn't tell me what was wrong with the tire and what did they do to solve the problem, the receipt I've been given doesn't tell anything, I was in a hurry so I didn't return to them for more details.

Seems like these workers don’t want to work. It took 4 employees to change a set of tires in an hour and a half. I guess they get paid by the hours so why work. They walk back and forth talking and joking while doing nothing.

Had a nail in a safe spot in my tire and got sent away on TWO separate occasions because they were "too busy". I was perfectly willing to wait. Why be a paying member to a glorified Walmart? Absolute laziest customer service. Went to Costco instead and while they were busy, they didn't fuss one bit.

My dad is buying some products and pay with the app, he got charge and the app doesn't show any prove of purchase, he has to go to the customer service, they don't know what to do, and he has to wait 23min after talking with the bank. And that's why I like Costco better.
