Terrible service! I scheduled a no-charge tire rotation on a Thursday and they call me 2 hours before my appointment to tell me that they can't do the work and that I must reschedule. It was their terrible outsourced call center that scheduled the appointment for me in the first place. So, I rescheduled for another time and let it slide. I was able to schedule a new appointment the following Monday. Once I got my truck into the service bay, it took over 1 hour and 15 mins. to rotate 4 tires and repair a small puncture in 1 of the tires. As I was about to receive the vehicle after the rotation, I noticed that the tire that needed repaired was on inside out, not matching the other 3 tires. It was a very poor example of professionalism from the scheduling conflict d9wn to the actual rotation of the tires. This is the last set of tires I'll buy from Sams again just to simply steer clear of their terrible service shop amd call center. Please, Sam's, hire some competent people to do your tire and battery work. All we want is the same quality and service you advertise.

ZERO STARS! Should have learned the first time not to purchase my tires from them again. Ordered tires 10/25/2022. First appointment rescheduled for 12/9/2022. Show up on 12/9/2022 at appointment time to be informed the tire department is closed until the first of the year!!! They said they emailed us but we never received an email. Now I'm left with out tires again.... oh I could purchase them and schedule an appointment at a different location... like their not booked out 2 months also since you clowns closed your department. What a waste of time but that's not important to them and of course I'm sure its all COVID's fault. I wont waste anyone's time on what happened the first time. Also, with the rate of turnover at these tire centers why do we trust them to install tires on our family vehicles.

Good value, good service. Had to wait about a week for the tires as they don't carry much in stock, but overall a good experience.

Scheduled appointment a month ago, bought tires a week ago, and crew left today before closing time. I was late but they left 40-45 min early. Now I have to wait again. Hours online don't match Hours in store but they don't even match when the guys actually leave.

Went up to pick up tires I ordered so that I could have them installed at a different location that could get me in about 2 months sooner than this one. Just left the club, where the tire center said OPEN, to have an employee tell me they were closed. The website says open, the sign at the club had their hours for today (a Monday), but I will have to cancel my tire appointment and hope my tires don’t pop before I can get in again at the other location. Extremely disappointed and very frustrated with this Sams. Avoid at all costs.

Paid for tires and installation package online. They have rescheduled 3 times now "due to covid". Currently awaiting my 4th appointment in February, two months after the initial order.

I'm at fault as much as the gentleman who was helping me but, working with tires all day, I would think that he would have known that 225 tires are a viable replacement for 215s, on my car at least. IT SEEMED, that since my appointment was at 6 and they close at 7, that he MIGHT have withheld information so that he didn't have to stay late. That is strictly my opinion.

I usually go here for tire/car stuff because it is at a convenient location. However I had an appointment at 8am for a battery change but was never informed of completion -poor communication. There is consistently no staff at front desk so I waited around for about an hour and half before a staff finally told me, oh your car has been ready since like an hour ago. I was never informed, so a lot of unnecessary time was wasted due to poor communication although they said they would call me.

Every time we come the workers seem to be either more incompetent or more uncaring. Any question or problem is answered back with a sarcastic answer. Whether this is a reflection on management or the generation of workers employed is Up For Debate

I ordered tires at one of their sales. I have a Mazda CX-5. Apparently my tires are nonstandard. They had to order them special. Due to difficulties with my work schedule I was not able to come back and get the tires installed (which they had to order) until over a month later. I made several calls to the number supplied which rang until I was returned to the operator more than once. This was a warning sign, which I did not heed. I made a date to get the tires installed. I took a day off of work. I show up. They don't have the specially ordered tires. They have (an understandable) policy of returning tires after 4 weeks. They did not call my cell phone, email me, mail me, or email/call/mail anyone associated with the Sam's Club account through which it was purchased (family card). I had already paid for these tires. They returned tires which had both the parts and labor already paid, without contacting anyone or refunding me. This seems incompetent. I rescheduled for the next day I could take off. I called the week before (again, they didn't always answer) to make sure this didn't happen again. I took the day off. I returned today to find out the tires they ordered were incorrect. I was given a refund and a $50 gift card to cover my gas (30 min trip one way x 4). I do not recommend using this shop. They seem to lack any semblance of competence and organization. I asked for a refund as I have no idea the quality of their technicians, but if they use the same standards for their front office as for their technicians I would not be confident in their craftsmanship/installation.

I decided not to go into detail with the issues we had. The first service came with an issue that the mechanics broke and tried to cover up. It was on our tires and potentially catastrophic. Once we figured out the issue (thankfully no one got hurt) we informed the management team at the store. The GM took care of our issue and had his guys replace what they broke. It took over 2 and a half hours for them to fix what they broke. It should have taken ten minutes. Their younger mechanics are so rushed they break things and their older mechanics are so slow it's like that damn DMV scene from Zootopia. I am exaggerating very slightly.
