Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Went for 4 new tires and installation of 4 tires, left 3 hours later with 4 new tires 3 of them installed 4th sitting in my trunk and was told to go take it off myself do to lack of tools there at location. This place is a joke that didn't even offer a discount or an apology for their lack of professionalism. I do not recommend taking any of your possessions here they don't know what they are doing.

Middle of the road selection but good prices. They were booking tire installations a month out, so I bought the tires at Sam's then spared myself the wait by taking them to another shop for installation the next day.

Kellan went above and beyond to help me not only find the tires i wanted/needed but he also helped me determine if i needed new tires! He walked me to my car and showed me what to look for in the future! I cant thank him enough for his service.

My experience with the Sam Tire service center hasn't been the best. I do feel that I got a good price on the tires and the tire warranty though. I had to order my tires and I ordered raised white letters and when I brought my vehicle in and the tires put on and when I picked my vehicle up I noticed that the raised white letters were installed on the inside instead of the outside. I don't know why this was done this way after I paid extra to have raised white letter tires to begin with, and I didn't have the time to wait for them to take all four tires off again and reverse them so I had to turn around and bring the vehicle in a second time to have the tires switched around and then rebalanced the second time 2 Days Later and it took 3 hours for this to happen. Needless to say thus not only wasn't a very pleasant experience but I live 70 miles away on top of that so I had to drive an additional hundred 40 mile round trip to have this done when it should have been done the first time. I also noticed that sure doesn't look like Sam's Club is going to have to worry about anybody getting hurt out in the shop because they're working too hard.

Prices are great boat prices at that and the meat is good quality Bakery good quality and a lot of variety to choose from
