Received my truck back with marks like this on both sides of my truck. Looks like an over spray from brake cleaner or something which badly messed up the clearcoat. Careless work and very disappointed

I came in twice to quote 2 different tires for my up coming trip. I spoke to Chris first and he had great and exceptional customer service just as well as Alex whom I spoke to today! I tried to call in advance of me making an hour trip with a spare tire to their location. Either the call kept being cancelled or they redirected to the main desk. After over five calls, I gave up on the lack of response and communicated with someone at the front desk. They stated they were busy and would all me back. I got a call back they had the tire ready for installation. But by the time I came near 6, they closed the garage and only the tire/battery shop was opened. I confirmed online and on the phone that they closed at 7pm. I ended up just buying my tire and leaving with no installation. Wasted a whole hour of driving with my limited mileage of my spare tire. I am not coming again. If you have a Costco Tire shop near you, I highly recommend you going there instead. I've never had any issues going there.

Stole medication from my driver console while getting my tires changed. Came back to get car and noticed my inner console rearranged and some of my meds were taken. Do not trust these people with anything in the car.

They couldn’t take off bolts of my tires, so I had to go to an actual mechanic to do so. I came back after 15 minutes and they bumped me to the back of the line. I had to wait an additional 3-4 hrs on top of the first 3 hrs. Ridiculous

This is the best tire shop in town. Team is professional and courteous and super fast. Tire Manager April is great and Tire Tech Tonya are superb and provide the greatest customer service

I had a flat tire this morning on the way to work and when I called and asked about getting it fixed, they told me it would be 4-5 business days before I could get an appointment to get it fixed. Why have a guarantee on a product that's going to take that long to replace. I was told that I could go to another Sam's, which is 50+ miles away from my house, to get it fixed. VERY DISSATISFIED SAM'S PLUS MEMEBER

2 year old tires failed inspection, they refused to replace or provide any credit. I'll never buy tires from them again.

Don't believe in the promotions. They make you wait for the tires that you ordered online, and then when the tires finally arrive, you find out that you will not get any discount. This is called cheating.

I was looking for tires on discount tire direct and the tires that were highly rated were cheaper at sam's club plus had a rebate. Def will be bringing my vehicles here for tires for now on.

Discovered a slow leak in my tire. Rotated and balanced all. Fixed and done in a reasonabie time. Excellent auto/tire service and customer service.
