I’ve been taking my cars to Sam’s for about 5yrs now and I have NEVER! had a bad experience with him or his team. Everyone is very good at their jobs. I NEVER left this shop unsatisfied and never had to bring my car back for them to redo anything . If u want good hospitality. Genuine mechanics. A safe place to get your vehicle service without being scammed!!! I recommend this place.

These guys (hua specifically i think!) helped repair my ac during our awful heatwave when nowhere else could take me for weeks. They even got it fixed fast so i wasnt late for work same day. Up front with cost and answered a lot of silly questions i had Will definitely be going to them for future car needs:)

If you like to be treated rudely and don't care about your car this is the best place to go! They screwed up my wiring and broke parts of my cooling system and refused to take responsibility. Nothing more than monkeys with wrenches. WARNING- AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Imagine this: You’re on a two-day road trip and halfway through your brakes suddenly and completely fail. It’s Saturday morning, you’re in the middle of Philadelphia (for the first time in your life) and you have no idea what to do. Are there any garages open on Saturday? Are any open early? Will they be able to work on your car and have it ready before Monday? Turns out you can answer yes to all of those questions if you go to Sam’s Garage. Sam is a very friendly, fair and thoughtful owner. He helped us immediately, gave us a great recommendation for a local diner to have breakfast at while we waited and even picked us up when the car was ready (my wife is pregnant so I think he was being especially considerate)! We barely lost any time and managed to make it to our destination in time for our big family dinner. Sam also called us after we left to make sure everything was still fine with the car. He turned what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience. I am very grateful and am considering moving 400 miles from my home just to have a reliable mechanic. You can trust Sam.

My car needed a catalytic converter.2013 Lincoln mks The service ,top tier.the price was reasonable.they even chk another issue and recommend me elsewhere...easy to talk to.welcoming.explained things to me.thank u for the exceptional service...highly recommend.

Needed an oil change and a new splash guard. Picked it up the next day with something still hanging which he claimed "was supposed to be there." Only to discover the splash guard was not fixed and simply elevated so that it was no longer scraping on the road. Charged me for both and lied. Would not recommend.

Been taking my car here for decades now. Sam and his team get the job done without trying to get more money from you. Sam understands fixing a car can be costly and gives you options. Sometimes those options aren't what we want to hear, but he's not going to sugarcoat anything. This is a general car maintenance shop. They work on cars and keeping them running. Don't go there trying to get a stereo system installed on your pos Buick regal. They work on moving parts and even replace motors. I just purchased a new car and still go to Sam's.
