asked what year the tire was made and the brand so I can know I’m getting a good deal and they started being disrespectful, I guess it’s because the tire was 10 years old and all tires expired after 9 years.

Gave me a price over the phone for $20 a tire if I put it myself and when I got their he said sorry I didn't understand what you meant even though my question was very clear and his response was very clear. Drove the 25minutes for nothing so he can say no $50 a used tire. Why for all that I can get a new one

I've bought quite a few tires here and have always been very satisfied with the tires and service.I don't have time to go sit for a long time at Firestone or make an appointment so Sam's is perfect because I never have to wait long or pay a fortune.The tires are in great shape for a fraction of the cost of new

Can't even comment on the actual work they do here, because the absolute rudest customer service woman I have ever encountered managed to drive me away with her senselessly and totally unprovoked nasty attitude. This place is right down the road from my job, so I was looking at them out of the convenience factor. I called them on a Monday morning for a price quote on having 4 new tires that I already have mounted and balanced. At that time a man answered and politely provided a quote of $80. I work 7am to 7pm, so I was hoping my sister's bf would be able to switch cars with me one day and get the tires installed for me. Upon finding out on Tuesday that he couldn't do that, I was going to fall back on the plan of dropping my car at Sam's on break and walking back to work because it's close enough to do that. However, when I called on my Wednesday morning break to confirm that would work, I was "greeted" by this outrageously ornery woman who proceeded to assume incorrectly that I was looking to purchase tires and when I explained that I already had them and just needed them mounted quotes me at $25 or $30 each, wouldn't say which. When I told her that I had already been quoted at $20 a piece, she (maintaining the same derisive tone she had throughout) tries to tell me that I had said then that I had 215/75R16s and not 17s and she knew it was me because she recognized my voice, which was obviously untrue as I had spoken to a man who sounded nothing like her. Then she proceeds to give me the most hateful "have a nice day" ever and hangs up on me before I can even explain my particular situation. Here's hoping that I can find somewhere that can do it on Saturday, because I will never patronize a business that treats their customers with such disrespect and disdain. I mean why in the world does this lady even work in customer service when she is so full of hate, and furthermore why does she still have her job when she is undoubtedly driving away business (mine included) with her nasty attitude.

They did an awesome job changing out a tire for me and patching another one. Very good prices, would recommend to anybody who is having tire issues. They have plenty of stock on hand and very fair prices.

bad service and it's hard to communicate with them no english or very poor english and the worse that they close before the scheduled time. Their tires are not good,every time I purchase tires from them I have to go back because they're selling bad tires!!! not recommended

Lady at front desk was really nice. I searched several places for 2 used tires till my mother told me to try here. Everyone else wanted 80 to 180 for 1 tire. I come here and didn't spend near that. Don't let other tire places get in on you, come here first.

Great tread on two used tires. But, these tires are very OLD. And both have bead cracking that literally goes around the full circumference of both rims (see photo), on the outside wall, insides are fine. I was in a hurry and thought I could save a few bucks buying used, and did not notice this at the time. But in the end, I should have gone to Walmart and bought Douglas. Also I paid about $15 more than expected for them (ea.). But I was being hasty. The cracks could only be superficial (due to UV ray exposure breaking down the compounds of the rubber), but when you buy USED, it is a gamble. I am still driving on them, and don't necessary feel unsafe, but at high speeds I become slightly anxious. The MAIN reason I am writing this review is the tires are extremely OUT OF BALANCE. I didn't notice until after the 30 day warranty as I don't drive highway speeds often. Beginning at 55mph + the car shakes violently like the front end suspension is about snap in pieces. SMH. I was thinking about taking it back, but the vibe I got from the guy running the shop when the tires were originally installed was less than cordial, and per previous reviews I see the place is under new ownership. I am currently searching around to see if I can get some other local, well respected shops to do tire balancing, but that will be another expense incurred for the VERY bad decision I made. I don't normally feel this way but after the ignorance I just experienced, let's just say I should call ICE. I simple asked for them to loosen my bults and hand tighten them. Either they don't speak English or are just incompetent, disrespectful, rude, and refuses to honor their own 30 day warranty policy. The guy who should have just done what was asked decided to argue with me snatched my receipt as if he was going to attempt to destroy it so he could act like they didn't do my tires.

I've gone there several times with nails in my tires and they plugged them quickly for cheap. One I had something caught under my car and they removed it at no charge. top notch people and top notch service. Highly recommended.

The tires are fair for being used but the older black lady in their attitude so bad it makes you want to get out of character. Luckily I was raised better then that but they might want to replace her before something bad happens up there. Not every one is going to just walk off and be the bigger person. She the True definition of a NWA. I’m pray for her.
