I had window tinting done on my car here about 7-8 months ago. When they first did it, there were bubbles left. When I asked, they said it would go away in a few days, but the bubbles are still there. I am not satisfied.

Had a good experience getting my C300 tinted here. Made an appt for 4pm on a Tues and was in and out in under two hours. I had been initially drawn in by the $99 promotion but in speaking with them, opted to upgrade for the ceramic tint. Glad I made that call as it definitely has a more legit/OEM look to it. One thing to keep in mind is the curing process. The manager mentioned not to roll down the windows for 3-5 days which I listened to and on day 6 I noticed there were a couple of small air bubbles. I was about to head back for a re-do but checked online and read that sometimes the curing process can take a bit longer if it’s a cooler climate. Sure enough the bubbles were gone a couple of days later. Happy with the end results.

Great service, owner is very kind and soft spoken. Brought my groupon here and was accepted right away. Full window tint took about 3 1/2 hours, which isn't bad at all.

Had to take my car back because they did a poor job on the tint the first time. There were lots of little bubbles on the front passenger windows. When I came back to pick up my car I couldn’t start my car because the workers had left my car on, killing my battery. I had to get my car towed to the service center because of it. Do not come here. Negligent and bad work.

Reasonable prices but make sure you read all the details on the discounts online. They were done in an hour and I got to eat tacos for lunch while I wait Mmmmm I love going to the Mission district

Got my Infinite G37 tinted here. The car’s window automatically rolls down slightly when the door is opened, which messed up the tint and made it peel. I returned, and they replaced the tints for free under the lifetime warranty, even though it wasn’t their fault. They fixed it by making the tint longer so the tint doesn’t get caught when the window rolls down. Besides that, the customer service is top notch. The price point is fair since you’re paying for both the tint and warranty.

Worst tint job I’ve ever had done. I was quoted $199 over the phone and charged $271 in store which is fine because I don’t mind paying for a job done right but this is not the case. Almost every window has hair and lint in between the film and the glass, it looks like it was done by an amateur and now I will have to “bring it back” for another 8 hours? I would rather pay another shop to clean up your mistakes than come back and give you more of my time.

I made an appointment at 3:00 pm The employee told me the price of 450 $ for tinting my car although on the website I was told that the cost will be 299 $. I left the car and was told that in 2.5 hours they would give it to me. I came at 6 pm and the employees told me that I came too early and they haven't even started to do my car yet. That there were two more cars in front of my car. and that when they finish those two cars, only then they will do mine. I waited until 7 pm thinking it was a joke, but as it turned out, it was true, they haven't even started to do my car. I asked them to give me my car, but they did not want to give me my car for a long time, until I said that I would call the police to give me my car and only after the words with the police they gave me my car. They are very rude and dishonest. I do not recommend this place.

This company operates like shady salespeople. I gave them a call to ask for a quote, and the lady that spoke to me asked what car I drive. After telling her my car make and model, she said I qualified for a promotion they have going on. I asked if they can do 10% tints, and the lady didnt seem to know what I was talking about. That was the first red flag… I then moved on to pricing, and the lady started throwing numbers at me trying to book an appointment (basically what the promotion is). I asked her for a solid figure on how much the job will cost exactly, and she tried getting me to book an appointment again saying that the specialist will give me a quote on the appointment… really? I then explained to her that booking an appointment for a quote is just redicuolous, I’m giving her my car make and model. She then explained to me that shes just working at a call center and that she just books appointments. Hah, what a joke. I then start searching the internet for a phone number to reach these guys, and it’s non existant. These guys operate like shady salespeople. Trust me, I’m in the industry, and I know shady tactics when I come across them.

Faris and Jack did an amazing job on my car. For context, I put a notice out on yelp for tinting my car in SF and Jet Black came in below the competition by $100+. I was hesitant at first but they had good reviews so I went for it. Quality of work came back better than expected. I highly recommend Jet black if you’re looking for a great experience and product!
