I can’t really understand how this place has 4.8 stars in google. I went there on Saturday with a flat tire, one of the “techs” confirmed I had a nail and my surprise was to see that he took the nail out of my tire and proceeded to insert a piece of cheap rubber from the outside without even taking the tire off. He did this in less than 60 seconds and proceeded to ask me to pay 21$ for that mediocre procedure. I was in shock, never saw anyone “fixing” a tire like that and asked if that was standard procedure and if it was going to hold. They assured me that it will and of course next day my tire was flat again. I went there to ask for a refund and was declined because the “owner” was not there and told me that the only thing they could do was “taking a look” of my tire but after they took care of all the customers that were on the line (4 cars). I took my car to Walmart autocenter and they not only did a perfect job patching my tire for only 16$ but also confirmed that sandlake tire shops procedure to fix a tire was totally wrong and was a risk liability. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT ON THE ROAD!! THEY JUST WANT TO RIP YOU OFF AS QUICKLY AS THEY CAN WITHOUT THINKING OF THE SAFETY CONSEQUENCES!! SHADY BUSINESS!!

I’ve recently visited the sandlake tire shop and I just have to say that the service here is wonderful and the people here are very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone to spend their money with sandlake tire shop.

If I could give a negative star I would! Rude people, and lazy workers. I arrived and tried to get my tires fixed and they looked at me with contempt. One of them just said: You want me to fixed 2 flat tires right now? It was 5:30pm and they close at 7pm

This place is awesome, do not go to any major tire shop. Go to this shop, they took care of me & have good prices than. Major retailers!! Will be back again with my 22 Hyundai sonata
