A great experience with this professional, courteous team. What a pleasure to have my car problem diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The small things like helping me put my bike on the bike rack made me want to post this review.

Just moved down here, and was nervous about finding a honest mechanic. This place had great reviews so I decided to try it. Awesome, very honest and helpful people. Definitely had the opportunity to manipulate me and have me spending on repairs I thought I needed .. assured me my vehicle didn’t need extra repairs , and were very helpful and transparent. This will be my new go to mechanic ! Thank you Guys!

Went here for an alignment, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff were professional and friendly. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Went it to get lights fixed, but there was a missing part that they said they needed to find. Never heard back about the missing part so I just bought the materials I needed (a lamp retainer which likely could have easily been made). To there credit when I asked work to be not done, they were willing to remove the work they already did without fussing. Overall, not good or bad but communication and organization was lacking.

Great shop! They worked on my wife's car and did an amazing job! I brought mine in and they fixed everything in just one day! The car runs great now and they assured me to bring it back if anything wasn't right. I'm really happy with their work!

I called two days ago to see if someone could check my car. My car was smoking and Bart got me in on Wednesday morning, I appreciate the fast response and I was please with everything. Thanks again for the help.

Oil was leaking into my coolant, which was prediagnosed and then confirmed by Sanfelippo. They stated they would send pictures and give me updates by phone or text. I didn't receive any updates, except when I called and they returned messages. The staff was friendly and they explained charges and labor. The prices were upfront and equivalent to the other estimates I received. They did fix the issue, but another issue resulted from them changing my head gasket, which wasn't originally present when I brought the in car. They did provide ideas on how to solve the problem. Ultimately, I had to contact another shop to isolate the issue.

We have been taking all 5 of our vehicles here for many years now after having bad experiences at other places. They are quick to get us in. Very timely with estimates and phone calls to explain what is needed. The pricing is extremely fair and they don't try to talk you into repairs that you don’t need. We appreciate their honesty. Friendly staff , very knowledgeable, and repairs get done on time. Hands down best place to take your vehicle for repairs.

It was fantastic service. I called in the morning and they said they could look at it in the afternoon. Took it in and in a couple hours called me with exactly what the problem was and the cost. I went back and waited about 30 minutes. A serviceman came out an said they fixed the problem. Also said it was $100 less than what I was originally quoted. Wonderful service experience!

Scheduling, communication, and the actual service was amazing. Did not tell me whole quote for power steering module $~750, oil change and battery replacement. Showed up to a $1,220 bill! Customer service was not worth a $500 surprise.

All I can speak to is SAR emission testing and registration. Our first visit was amazing--It's probably the slickest, most efficient, quickest we've ever experienced. The place is big and super clean as well. And, while we didn't use the service, they offer pickup/dropoff at your downtown, Walkers Pt residence or business as well. We'll be back!

I called, they picked up. I asked for an appointment to fix something, and an appointment was made a couple days out. I arrived, dropped my car off, and everyone was friendly. I got a call a couple days later, just as they said would happen, and they fixed my car. The price was reasonable, the folks were informative and kind, the service was solid.

Although I have had positive experiences here in the past, my most recent repair was less than satisfactory to say the least. For one, my car was returned to me in poor condition- a plastic piece was broken off the floor and haphazardly left on my back seat. The entire rear backseat was pulled up out of place a few inches. And my drivers side floor mat was left on the drivers seat. Pretty disrespectful considering I paid them $1100 to fix my car. The reason I went to SF in the first place was because I needed my gas tank and gas line replaced due to a gas leak. So they do the repair, and I get my car back and drive it for one day………and it starts reeking like gas again. Took it to the nearest auto shop (not San Felipos) due to safety concerns. Whoever repaired it at San Felipos apparently “made a few errors” - they forgot to put on a part, and didn’t properly screw something on. I will not be returning.

Went here last minute to fix a flat tire. Was expecting to have to get a new one but they patched it right up and only charged $20.
