Literally had my car inspected a week ago at the dealership and they told me that my rear brakes are at 3 mm and need to be replaced, while my fronts were okay at 5 mm. So I decided to go to this place to get them done, thinking it would be at a more reasonable price. (I actually haven’t drove the car for about 5-6 days until I brought it to this place). At first, everything was fine until they told me that my rear brake pads are actually at 1-2 mm and already damaging the rotors. Plus, my front brake pads are at 3 mm, so I need to replace them too. Sounds super suspicious since there was no way the brake pads can wear down that fast in a week. But I’m already there and took the day off of work to get this done. So I said yes to them fixing the rear brakes and rotors. Luckily I said no to the front brakes or else they would have scam me out of another $300. All the reviewers saying how great these guys are about communicating, but in fact it took them well over 3-4 hours to do just the rear brakes and rotors, didn’t even get a call or text about my car updates. I had to call to check, come to find out that my car been done. Please seek a second opinion if suddenly these guys telling you your rotors are “damaged” and need replacements. Where are all the honest mechanics out there? Can’t a girl find a trusted auto place?

Santa Ana is a very trusted mechanic shop. I took my vehicle in for a fuel leak they diagnosed it to see where it came from found the problem & was able to get it done within hours of me dropping it off. I got my car back in the same day driving better & made me so happy!! JEREMY the office manager was very kind, pleasant, & welcoming & made me feel even better trusting them with my vehicle. I knew they would get the job done after speaking with him & they all did an awesome job. I appreciate Santa Ana & if you need any care take it here!! Trusted mechanic team!! I had a very pleasant experience at Santa Ana . Very professional and. Kept me informed of everything going on with my car which i appreciated. I would highly recommend recommend them . They are very honest and explain everything before they do they do any work. Glad I found them!

I had some work done elsewhere on my car and took it to Santa Ana for an alignment a couple of weeks ago. Then I had more work done which created the need for another alignment. Jeremy totally surprised me when he said there would be no charge for the 2nd alignment. This was the nicest gift of generosity that came at a time when I'd had a tough few days. It made my week! I will definitely go back to Santa Ana!

Got into a wreck and a good friend of mine recommended me this spot as a great body shop. Since the first day we brought the car it was nothing but great customer service a huge shout out to the man Carlos for staying in touch all the time with updates and pushing on insurance to get it repair quickly. Also the tech team that worked on it left it looking like it was fresh from the dealer I can’t stop looking back at the car when it’s parked that’s how great it looks I’ll recommend this body shop to whoever is looking for excellent service.

Just couple days ago i went to Inspect my car registration and i was new of this town when i went to office looks like Manager he was so kind helpful with with great manner i was so happy to inspect my car he said to stop by at fiesta get sticker thank and really appreciate for manager help

My car started acting up and I had to hop it to the nearest mechanic I could find. Had never been here, but they was near my work. They took great care of me even thou it was 30 min before they closed. The checked it and told me what the problem was and got me safly home. The next day i picked it up and every thing went smooth and was well taken care of.

Update: I've been coming here for quite some time. Small things, preventative maintenance, oil changes, inspection. Never got pressured to buy anything. They do a lot of business so no real need to press things. Though lately it does feel different. I called and was told they couldn't do a state inspection with no real explanation as I have gotten them here multiple times. Maybe the machine was down, not sure. It's still a great place but just feels different from 2-3 years ago. Back then they explained everything and even showed you. Really felt like you were part of the process. Would bundle things to save you some money. Nothing drastic but just enough to feel great. Like $10 off oil change with inspection. Just super little things. Now it feels more business and less like we are all friends. Lame I know but that feeling was great. Still recommend this place over everyone. Still a great place and great mechanics. Last year: I have been here multiple times. First for full preventative maintenance including breaks etc. I went this time because when I went to get my tires changed at discount they stripped a lug nut thread. Called and set up appointment pulled in asked if they could also knocked out my state inspection and they took care of everything. No hassle and I never had to worry about them screwing me over. I will never take my car anywhere else as they are always up front and honest with me and the prices are exceptionally reasonable especially compared with other places around.

Went in to get my truck looked at since there was a check engine light. Yahya was very professional and understanding of my situation. I was able to wait in the lobby with refreshments while he had his technicians checked out my truck. When he came and told me about the problems, he was very straight forward and offered me multiple solutions. My main issue was that my car would not start consistently and I thought it was an alternator or a spark plug issue. Yahya was able to address my concerns adequately and ensured me that my fuel pump needed to be replaced. There was no upselling or any other problems that his technicians saw. I love the energy and the quality that this shop radiates to the Houston area.

Long story short. Son took car here for a waterpump repair. Drove off cars check engine light came on drove it back. To get told there was a misfire and other rpm issues needing repairs. After I spoke with a man who claimed to be the upper he told me I had to the end of that day to get the car from the parking lot or he would have it towed. Anther mechanic and legal actions where put in motion when he called back within an hour and said he had his mechanic relook at the vehicle and same issues persist. When I confronted the man about I'm trying to get the car out of your parking lot before you towed it, he back tracked and said he never said that. Then when I said sir I never declined any services yet and you still have the car keys. He told me we don't even Do those kind of repairs here. So please explain to me how your mechanic who doesn't do those repairs where able to diagnose those so called issues. 🤔 . Then he said the check engine light is off now. I said yes cause you reset the light of course its off. he said yeah well the light is off at least. I had the vehicle towed home where another mechanic came to check the vehicle and none of those so called issues even existed. I would never recommend this place . Please don't go here. Not trust worthy and very rude. He also claims his cameras record his phone converstaions that day. Good I told him play the part back where you treated to put my car out then have it towed if I wasn't there before you closed, you knwe the part you said you never said. I also let him know the conversation on my end was recorded via my phone if he needed it played back. Please I would give this place a negative star if I could. I'd like to see their mechanic credentials as well as upper credentials.

I could tell the moment I walked in that they took their business seriously. The facility was clean, the staff was chill, and the work was perfection. I came in to have my window repaired after a burglary from the night prior. They were able to replace my window right away and did it within a few hours. The process was extremely smooth and I will be going here from now on. Santa Ana is the way to go for all your auto needs! I can’t recommend this place enough

One of my least favorite things is having to go to a body shop. Santa Ana Body Shop actually made this experience enjoyable by providing regular communication. Carlos and Mike gave time frames and assuring results that were above my expectations. it was a pleasure dealing with a professional and organized outfit with top-notch service results! I give a big 10 and will always refer my family and friends.
