Wow!!! Great work at a great price. I went in with a brake problem thought I would be there all day. They worked on my car super quickly and did an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone having car problems.

Been dealing with santa Ana over 16 years very professional in mechanics and tiers and more I know one of the owners Edgar he always handles my business I sent him a lot of customer and I never had a problem or complain and the best thing they do the warrantees they offer and honor on all their job highly recommended

My two daughters were in San Antonio visiting from out of town and had car troubles. This shop came highly recommended from a family friend who lives in SA. I was terrified and worried with my girls being so far away from home and having car troubles, Edgar was AMAZING and took such good care of them and made me feel at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop over and over again! Great customer service, fast and efficient!

Great mechanic but hit or miss. Fast service but not a lot of road testing cars so it comes at cost. Sometimes its a fast affordable fix sometimes they throw wrong parts without enough diagnostics so you're out even more money.

Me and my family been going to this mechanic shop for so many years this is the best mechanic shop in the city. Edgar is absolutely a great guy. Very honest guy know what he’s doing and all the mechanics there as well.

My nephew recommended Santa Ana Tire & brake automobile. My son has used it twice with excellent prices and service. I gave it a try when our air conditioner wasn't cooling. Took in at 8:00 am picked up at 2:45 pm. Love the work and honesty.

So last Friday my AC went out in my truck on my way to work. Obviously, we live in Texas and I had no desire to perish so I put out the call for help with friends. One of them referred me to Santa Ana and I called. After confirming they desired my business and getting off work, I dropped it off. I was dripping with sweat due to the drive there from my work being almost 45 minutes and it was 105 in my truck. No one cared that I looked(and probably smelled) a mess. They got my keys, and by 11AM the next day I got a call that job complete. Totally saved my weekend. Thanks yall!

I came to San Antonio on vacation from Chicago. I wanted to check my car out before I came home, they fully took care of me. The crew found a few issues that I overlooked, I'm so thankful for that, I have my family with me thank goodness I found this shop. I talked to my family in San Antonio about this place and they said this is the only place they take their vehicles too. I'm not sure if it's more expensive in Chicago but the prices here were extremely reasonable, excellent work, excellent customer service all in all a great place to go. I would give them more than 5 stars if they were available I haven't been comfortable in a shop in a while. Keep up the good work guys, we need much more places like this in this world, I wish you guys nothing but the best, thanks a bunch.

3000 dollars taken. Car don't work or run in six months since they worked on my BMW x3. I walked in owners office. He said no money back. 2200 in parts and labor 800 in towing fees . Because they said fixed. Then to be towed back to them. Parts were installed wrong. I found out they did not put my parts back they took off. I am calling police today to make a police report and then to small claims court. I have pictures of all they did wrong. They the owner does not want to fix my car now that he took my money im 66 old ladyretired nurse that been done wrong by owner of Santa Fe tire and auto. Carlos I thought was a great mechanic. Not. Hell put parts on wrong and take your money . Owner said he's not gonna give back any of my money. Beware beware bewareof Santa Fe sltite and auto both places no good. Do the work yourself. It'll be better then what they could ever do. Take your money from a old 66 Year old woman

It's hard for me to trust mechanic shops but I can honestly say this shop is the best place to take your vehicle for whatever mechanical work you need. I took my truck in for an oil leak. It was spilling all the oil I put in all the 6 quarts. I took it in they looked at it gave me a very reasonable price for having to drop the transmission to get to the gasket, and it was done in a few hours! They also fixed my rear brake light at no cost. I'm so thankful for everything they do!

Honest mechanical! Price's for quality of work is great! Need somewhere to go to have your car looked at and/or fixed, this is the place! I referrer people to this place all the time. I have not had one person come back to me upset because they feel they were mislead or ripped off. If anything they too are also repeating customers. The only thing disappointing is me taking years to write a review. Reason for writting it is because my friend was so thankful for this referreral. His mother (elderly lady) needed a mechanical. One shop told her she needed to pay $6,000 for unnecessary work to get her car going. She ended up spending less than $400 to get it fixed. Please also take note, life isn't perfect and sometimes people make mistakes. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but this shop will own up to it and make it right!

How many places you know service people by name. Edgar and his crew have done my vehicles, my father-in-laws and brother-in-laws vehicles. This place is a 10. They always work hard and do a fantastic job on my vehicles. Edgar and team are gems. God Bless Edgar and his team. :) I don't ever post a review so they are doing everything right in my book.
