Stop. Stop. Stop. Going there.2000 dollars and can't drive my BMW in three months. Radiator new... transmission lines new... Just got it back drove it to lackland AFB for work. It exploded again. Five minutes of driving after giving them 900 in cash.....now. Two thousand dollars and the owner says come back in two weeks. Maybe I'll get to it. The office guy treated us really like second hand people we are 66 years old. We pay them . They took my money. I'm a woman it's my BMW . I just wanted them to fix it. Now they tell me maybe. It's been since January til now. No running BMW after two thousand of un needed work it exploded.the city tow 300. Their Clem tow service. 180 times three times towed from HEB valley high by lackland AFB .. awful man in office rude .no customer manners. Yelling at a 66 yr old woman. Silverado water pump. Blazer front bearings and brakes. Honda Odyssey electric they fixed . BMW no good took all my money .there's no antifreeze in new radiator . No water . Told to drive it home just like that. No good people. Take your money almost 3 thousand since January. BEWRE Don't take your cars or trucks in this place. Military and Seniors stay away....UPDATE...BMW STILL WAITING ON THEM TO FIX...OWNER SAID HES NOT GONNA REFUND NO MONEY. AND GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE ON CULEBRA STREET. MILITARY. SENIORS. ANY INE THAT CAN READ. THERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO DO LIGHT MECHANICAL.....INSURANCE REASONS. SO.MAYBE ILL JAVE MY ATTORNEY HANDLE IT FROM HERE. NOVEMBER 10. THIS HAPPENED IN JANUARY. STILL HE HAS NOT MADE THINGS RIGHT. SAN ANTONIO...YOU DO THE MATH....STAY FAR AWAY

Great experience taking my car there. First time taking my car there and for struts replacement. Shop manager Anthony was able to order the parts I needed and his team got the job done the same day. Awesome job Took my car again I knew I needed a clutch for my car and ordered it online. Dropped it off hoping it would come in. AND IT DIDN'T. ANTHONY was able to order it and get it there that day. Anthony also sent me pictures and informed me that I needed a flywheel to install my clutch Also he ordered it and came in same day and was able to get it all done in a day. That was awesome!!! ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THAT THE SHOP THAT THEY CAME IN CLUTCH. !!!!! Saved me time and money without a headache I'll be taking my cars there from now on Found me a shop that I can trust and count on !!! Thanks again

Amazing service here today. $15 Tire Patch, 10/10 professional job. Not even 15 mins labor time, no wait at all. These guys were extremely nice to me as a stranger, professional, clean, polite, and answered every question I had. Anthony, the cool gentleman at the desk and on the phone, was extremely helpful and professional with me. The shop owner was actually there and he was nice to me too. These guys are great. Definitely coming back from major and minor car repairs.

I got a flat literally as I pulled up to this garage and they were very helpful. It was about 45 minutes til closing and they got me out in 30. I'm so thankful for their help!!! Quick work and very reasonable! Thanks guys!!!!

The underside protection on my car fell and was scraping on the road. I thankfully found Santa Ana. They helped me get back on the road safely and they were very friendly and professional while I was a basketcase. I'll be forever grateful for your help on such a lousy day!

I walked into this new place to me. I'm a elderly lady with a older SUV. Needed two front wheel bearings for the front of my 4x4. Man at counter was helpful in saying they could do the job right away. One hour of waiting. And like magic it was done and completely done. I took in my parts and one hour later finished. That's service with a smile. We owned a Arco Gas station in the Early 1970. Sitting in thier waiting room reminded us of our Gas Station we used to own. This is a neighborhood like gas station of the 1970s. Need your car or truck fixed. Best prices in town. Job done correctly. And promptly..thank you Carlos mechanic

My first time to be in this shop. Squirrels apparently got inside and nested inside my dashboard, chewing electrical wires and causing my AC and power windows not to work. Santa Ana Tire and Lube cleaned and fixed everything in less than 2 hours and for a very low cost. God sent to an overwhelmed senior woman.

My car broke down coincidentally right outside of this shop. I called the next day and spoke to Robert and asked him if they could do the repair. He confirmed that they could and did so very timely. Hands down the best in town. HONEST, ETHICAL, TRANSPARENT. I have been here multiple times and every time they do what's right by the client. They treated my wife fairly and with respect on a separate occasion which is high in my book.
