Just got it tint. See some bobbles. Schedule fix. I will update results. Don’t think they redo it. Still bobbles. My brother did the same tint at Fremont. They did a good job that why I picked this place. The reviews look good also. I recommend you try other place. Otherwise you might regret your decision like I regret this decision.😂😂😂

Waste of time. I've scheduled twice to get my vehicle wrapped after the consultation and both times I showed up, i was told their wrap technician is not in. Then they decide to quote me $400 more on the 2nd attempt. Don't waste your money and time here.

I called a day before going to get my windows tinted on my 2024 Mustang and I ask the person who answered my phone call how much it would be to get 5% ceramic tint around the whole car except my front windshield, and the person said 249$ So I agreed and I made an appointment the next day that I go to take my car in the guy ended up charging me 399$ which I was curious on why I got a different number the day before on the phone , Long story short, the tint film wasn’t cut to my liking they ended up leaving a gap, letting some light through, on top of this they parked my car under a tree and prior to that I had just got a car wash the day before. So I called again to see if I could get a refund and the lady who answered me told me they could request a refund and that they would contact me back in two days and once the two days came, no one contacted me back which made the whole experience bad.

I requested a tint service to be done on my car after finding a deal on TikTok that led me to their website. It was a great value so I decided to take the offer. When I arrived at the store I was greeted promptly by The associate who would help me decide all the options for my vehicle. We discuss different types of tint and the different tint of heat privacy and UV protection. I was surprised to find out that they charge you for the little windows on the rear of your vehicle. So in my case I had nine windows because Mazda split them up. At the end of the day we were able to work at a deal. They quoted me a couple hours to do the work. And I was able to watch a movie in their lobby. The work was done promptly in the time frame that they had said and it exceeded my expectation. At the time of this review it has been 3 days since the tint was put on and I do not see any bubbles or streaking in the tint. When I get a chance I will post pictures of the tint. Thanks Jet Black Tint! I will be taking my other car there soon.

False advertisement. I understand $99 is a low cost. Which is why I chose to go here.. I thought wow full vehicle for just $99. Well, it’s everything except the windshield and the front two windows are done. Also, only 20 percent. He was unwilling to work with me and he also didn’t see how it was false advertising.

The $99 dollar is trully not going to be $99 when they count vent windows as a window. $120 job turned into $400. I just hope this material holds up and no bubbling- Then to top it off they forgot to tint the driver door and passenger side as part of what was intially paid for so they ended up having to pull it back in. They was fast had the car back within a hour and half but they need to address the $99 deal up front without having to read fine print. On top of that they schedule my apt for 9am but the business doesn't open til 9:30. Finger prints water dripping all over the sides of the car atleast they could have wiped it down since my vehicle is black.

The GO TO tint shop in the bay! This location is great, I’ve had 2 cars done by them and they both came out amazing and held up for years without issues. They offer unbeatable prices compared to other shops in the area and give lifetime warranties against bubbling and peeling. Highly recommended, Ed and his team are super friendly and helpful👍

Al was very friendly and professional! Update : All my windows had bubbles in them. Both driver and passenger windows had bubbles caused by dust under them as if the windows were not clean before application. Would not recommend.

Had a really good experience here. Austin and David were both super cooperative with consultation and spending time with the customers. I could really tell David knew what he was doing when it came to tinting when he pointed out several things from my car I recommend getting your tint from David. Also, very pleasurable to work with Austin during the consultation and pricing I would get my tint done here again without a doubt.

Had to go 3 times even with an appointment. 1st time in I had an appointment and they were 5 cars deep. Why does it take 4 hours with virgin windows? Even flights offer drinks and snacks for that amount of time. Ended up spending $300 for their $99 one car special.... 1st time with appointment, there was a 4 hour wait. 2nd time waited 3 hours for 2 windows... Nobody could tell they were tinted. 3rd time - everyone stared at car for 1 hour, 4th time - paid again to go darker, took Uber back and forth,,, 4 hours... And still not dark enough.. whatever.

I had a good experience with this business. They honored a coupon I wanted to apply online but couldn't. When they did the consultation they explained the different levels of tint and the prices and advantages and disadvantages of each material. They got the job done same day. I think that some of the customers doing negative reviews here don't understand how tinting works. For example, customers complained about bubbles immediately after the job was done without understanding that it can take a week for the tint to settle the bubbles out. Also, some people complained about the door being closed when they were receiving their consultation. I don't know the reason for the door being closed, but I suspect it's because if you have a medical exception for your tint, privacy is important to customers. Speaking of medical exemptions: They have a poster advertising Advanced Dermatology's services. I used their services to get my medical exemption for window tint before I ever heard of Jet Black Tint and I had a good experience with them, so I recommend them if you need a medical exemption for darker tint or all-around tint to help with your medical condition.

Initially, they provided the best, friendliest, and quickest service possible to me. I wanted to get my dad's car tinted and this place was recommended by a friend. Turned out the rear driver window had a bubble and some scratches. After taking it there 3 times, they finally agreed to replace the tint. The new job had another bubble and THREE MORE scratches than before. Took the car back and though they fixed the bubble, this time they refused to help me with the scratches that were from inside and related to the film. It's been a painful 4 months going back and forth with them, the window has a lot of scratches and I'm being refused help despite their claim of lifetime warranty. If I were you, I would not waste my time and money with this place.

They are professional scammers. Initially gave me the $99 quote for full car (5 windows), I cleared out my schedule and went there. Then they asked me to pay $180 because they hadn’t counted the front door windows as part of the 5 windows. Which means, they meant only the back door and rear windows by the full car tint. I would rather pay $200 to honest people than scammers.

they put tint on top of my old tint without consulting me which voids the tints warranty i don’t know what kind of workers would purposely void the warranty but horrible job
