Had a puncture a couple years ago and they happened to be the closest to my home…since my dealership warranty expired, this has been my go to spot!! They have always been friendly, fast and affordable. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful here; we came in to replace tires because we thought our front tire was leaking. They checked it out and found nothing wrong so just upped the tire pressure on all four and were super understanding. Really appreciated the folks here and will be returning whenever we ACTUALLY end up needing a tire, lol. :)

Amazing service!! Solid Mechanics! Robert and the whole crew are so kind and helpful. They have helped me with everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs. My husband and I are loyal customers of about 4 years and I can't say enough good things about this place.

I've gotten two oil changes here quickly and affordably, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. On the surface, everything appears to be good. Friendly mechanics with reasonable prices and quick service! Unfortunately, on my last visit (the second oil change), I got a call saying I needed two filters replaced for the AC and the engine. They also said my battery was leaking acid and needed to be replaced ASAP. They offered to do it the same day. I was skeptical so I decided to accept the filters but hold off on the battery until I got a second opinion. I went to the AutoZone today and got free battery testing. Watched the whole thing and spoke with the clerk, explaining what they told me. He could not find any leakage and the battery testing device said it was good - in great shape! I saw it with my own eyes. I'm disappointed because I thought I had found a trustworthy neighborhood mechanic with good prices. Now it seems like they are scammy like so many others, trying to manipulate customers into buying services and parts they don't need. I'm afraid now that I may not have needed the filters either and it's possible the tire they replaced for me last month could have easily been patched instead (they said it couldn't). I'll never know for sure! But I certainly won't be back next time I need an oil change or anything else. Just can't trust them to be honest and fair! It's really too bad.

A pot hole blew up our tire drove to this tire shop on a few minutes they were able to find the problem put the spare tire on an I was on my way home. I received excellent care and service. Highly recommend!

They are great! Very thorough, fair and nice people all around. I highly recommend them for car service repairs, second (or first) opinions / assessments - and tires as well! I’m really grateful they are in my neighborhood.

2nd time here, first with my old car now with my new, the dealer told me it would be a 220 diagnostic fee followed by whatever the car needed.. came here and they patched my tire for 20$ turns out I ran over a nail 😭😭 just my luck lol.. but super friendly and quick service. Highly recommend 💖

Had a screw in my new tire on the way to taking kids to school. I stopped in and was explained that side-wall holes get "temporary plugs" ($10) because of location. Tire would have to be replaced soon. He took the screw out and miraculously it did not puncture through. He tested it for leaks and said, "you're a lucky man" and waved me goodbye. I'm coming back for his politeness and honesty. Thanks ☺

If you need a tire this guys are great, 0 waiting time everytime, I have been to every tire store where they sell you the valves ,the insurance ,the air ,the balancing ,if you need tires you should go to these guys and you'll be out of there like in 5 minutes like a pit stop real fast even though they dont look big ,their service its great, everytime

If you're young, don't know much about cars/mechanical work, or look like they can take advantage of you they'll try. Don't let them. I pulled up to one of the garage entrances at this location, waited a couple of minutes until one of the guys walked up to me and asked what he could help with, I asked him how much he'd charge to change the brake pads on my car for front and back with me providing the pads, I just needed them installed. He let me know to go talk to the manager who was by the front office and he'd give me a price. I walked over to the much younger guy and waited for him to get off the phone and help the lady that was before me, he then asked me how he could help me and I asked how much they would charge to install the brakes on my 2012 Camry just for the installation as I had brought the brake pads with me. He asked me if they were OEM to which I replied yes they are, he looked at me, looked at the car and goes "120" pauses I say Okay and then says "120 for the front and 120 for the back" for a whopping 240 dollars just for labor. Now I have done many brake jobs myself and was in a hurry to get these done. I looked at the guy and said "Daaamn. Thank you, have a great one" drove down the street a couple more blocks to the strip on Santa Monica right before Gower street with all the mechanic shops in that strip and got taken care of for 70 dollars for the front and 70 Dollars for the back. Paid a total of 140 for the same job this guy wanted to charge me 240 dollars for. Stay away from this place if you don't know anything about cars. They'll definitely try to take advantage of you.

This place used to be really nice to go to but I feel like it’s downgrading at this point. The workers don’t seem as focused as they used to be and tend to overlook things and I have to ask them twice to do certain things just to make sure they are doing the job. They lied about putting air in my tires when I asked, guy said yes, then went back to put air in my tires after telling me he had done it. So, he lied that he had done it in the first place. They told me it would be $75 for the oil change I did but ended up charging me $80 when I checked my bank account. I don’t know where the hell the extra 5 dollars came from. So I don’t know.. this place just doesn’t feel right anymore.

lleve mi troka a que la alinearan y me dejaron floja la suspension y fui a que la alinearan de nuevo y que dejaran bien la suspension el encargado de alli se oponia a lo sucedido al final no la alinearon bien. ojala el dueño de ese lugar que es un chinito se fije la gente que tiene como encargado de alli.
