Tony and crew always look out for your best interest. Got a call that they could take care my non urgent issue now or if I wanted to I could wait 3 days and they could save me a few hundred dollars because they could get the part at a better price . Always Honest service that looks out for your best interest

They misdiagnosed several things and altered my vehicle without authorization nearly causing damage. They fixed none of the issues I had and charged me over $500 for the “easy” things they found. I was rediagnosing the vehicle with a technician in the parking lot with a mechanic. He shrugged at the blatant issues and said “this is the first time I’ve seen this car”.

Called in for an oil change. Becky let me know upfront that they had an already full schedule. She asked if I would be able to leave my vehicle and see if they could work it in. Santos delivered and were able to squeeze me in. Amazing customer service, thank you Santos!

I drive a 2010 Audi a4 Quattro (B8) They helped identify the problem that was INCORRECTLY diagnosed from another shop in town… Pricing was actually on par for my repair. My car was done within hours of them starting. I will be going back to them for a few more things to address on my car. Seriously check these guys out!

This use to be my favorite place of trust with my Mercedes. But after a couple more visits, I really notice they had no clue as to fixing anything major with my SL55 AMG. My transmission had gave out on me, and instead of just sending it to their transmission specialists at Highland Transmissions, Mr. Tony charged me a hefty $600 dollars for enabling my car to run another 24hrs then right back to the same thing. He knew the trans was shot when he diagnosed it the first time and should have sent it off! But no... they knew I had the money and rather make a buck off of me and THEN knowing I’ll be back in less than two days later and recommend I allow them to send it to their guys down the road. Smh!! My warranty covered the cost but I feel Santos robbed me of $600! And the last time I took it in for a hydraulic ABC fix, they made it worse than what it was from the beginning! The chassis no longer raised and lowered as it's designed and suppose to. It ended up sagging on the rear passenger side rubbing the wheel well within a week. They charged me over $4100 for a job they didn’t even fix only to make it worse. And because of it, I traded my most favorite car in, being too scared of any further issues that would have me HAVING to seek the dealers handling. Thumbs down on Santos for a Mercedes of high value and hydraulics. Maybe these guys can fix a Toyota. In response to your reply, you DO have me on file! How you know you don't as there's no name above but an email name?? My name is Alondo Brown. And I'm VERY sure your technicians remember this vehicle! Nice try.

I've been taking my little Spider to Santos for almost 20 years now, I've been to other shops and have had to take back to Santos to fix what the others couldn't. I dropped the car off Wednesday because it was running rough, Joe got right on it and I was back on the road with it in less than 24 hours. It runs right and tight, thanks Joe, thank you Santos.

I’ve been going to Tony for 30+ years. He and his team have always been exceptional and I’m very grateful that they are local and so skilled. Tony always goes the extra mile to make sure things are right and he has tremendous insights about cars, and maybe even golf 😉

The guys here are definitely knowledgeable and honest!!! My wife and I have brought our cars here multiple times and left completely satisfied.... Believe me, good mechanics are hard to find, and I feel fortunate to have found them. I work nights, so when I miss a call from them, Becky is so nice to text and fill me in on what they found. I do not hesitate to take my cars in to them, a real old-school type of feel, with new-school know how. Give these guys.... and gals a shot they'll have you up and running in no time.

We were from out of town on a holiday visit when our battery died as we attempted our return trip home. When AAA came to replace, we learned we also needed 2 wires replaced. We called Santos and they were super kind. They got us in immediately despite being busy and us not being scheduled, replaced the wires in about 30 minutes, the price was reasonable, and we were on our way! Other places couldn't help us for 2 or 3 days! We even had a relaxing wait in their office! Should we ever be in the area and need auto services again, we will definitely use Santos! Thanks again for going out of your way to help us out and being so friendly! It is greatly appreciated!!
