They scam you tried telling me I had a check engine light and codes on my car. They did nothing to it so I went early to pick it up before they could lie and say something is wrong with it. They charged me 160$ to get my car even though they did nothing. I showed them with my own scanner that there were no engine codes, they also stained my seat by putting the engine cover on my passenger seat. Go to a different shop they will charge you for things you don’t need and say codes come up on your vehicle.

Requested a quote to replace the AC condenser in my 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C. Got a great offer and parts were here in 2 days. Work was performed in one day and AC works great. Beat the dealer price by over $1000. Friendly service and great price. Highly recommend going to see Keith at Saratoga Auto.

Mr Keith and his staff are awesome mechanics. I needed an oil change, front and rear lights needed fixing and my air conditioner needed recharging after a leak. He had accommodated my front lights with LED's, brighter to help get past my oxidized plastic light protector and it looks amazing, I can see better at night now. My tail lights are working great too. My air conditioner is working better than it has before especially with our heat wave. Just by looking at my windshield he knew I needed to replace my wiper blades and I got that done too. All totaled to approximately $900.00, it was worth the cost. If anything should go wrong, he offered me to bring the car back in.

Went in for a check engine light and got it diagnosed and repaired with <24 hour turnaround. Considering how busy of a shop it is that was great. Fair prices, streamlined system for paperwork and signing. Even stashed my car in the back so someone doesn't try to steal my catalytic converter.

I whent to this location because of the review, the employee was not friendly or helpfull, ask for diagnostic cost wanted 3 hour@ 140 = $ 420 to find the electrical problen, and that was not including repair and part cost. This place is a rip- off, avoid it unless you like give you cash

I've worked with Keith for over 4 years now, from regular oil changes to timing belt change to welding a trailer hitch. Great guy, will advise on things can be safely pushed out and what is needed urgently. Fair prices as well.

Came here for a tire rotation, the guy in charge needs a lesson on customer service. He was rude in the way he communicated and also said that it wasn't important on the way you torque the lug nuts. The other mechanics were a bit more people friendly on the other hand.

Keith and his staff are both great, fixed my flat tire and got me back on road in 20 min, while dealers told me you got to change all of the tires blablabla. they had their point but this place saved my day.

Came here only for labor, had to change control arm. Got the neccessary part with me, as we already went to a different shop, that was closing. Guy at Saratoga said it's wrong part. Then he said , he doesn't know, we have to pay 100$. for diagnostics. We ended up in more honest place, where we replaced the arm for 80$ only. Please, think twice before stopping here at Saratoga auto repair. They are not professionals to do business with.

This place is amazing ! Very knowledgeable about everything & they are the most honest mechanic i ever seen . The mercedes Benz dealership wanted to charge me over $4700 to change my front brakes & rotors on my E63 . They did everything less than $1700 oem Parts . I recommend highly for anyone need of car repair to go see the professional crew at Saratoga auto repair A++++

I needed to schedule a last minute pre-purchase inspection on a used car that we only had time to see that same day. It just happened to be a Sunday, which is when 99% of auto shops are closed. According to Yelp, this place is one of the very few shops open on Sundays so I decided to give them a call in the morning. Over the phone, Jun explained that they're actually not open which made my heart sink as I thought I'd have to quickly scramble to find another auto shop. As the conversation went on, Jun asked me what I needed, and I explained our situation. After hearing that we needed a PPI that same day, he welcomed me to set up an appointment in the afternoon and quickly relieved my anxiety. This guy obviously cares about his customers. When we arrived with the car, he was very helpful and thorough in his inspection. After about an hour, we got everything we needed to know about the condition of the car. What really separated him from other mechanics is his warm and friendly demeanor, and I would gladly schedule another inspection or repair job with him next time. Not many people would've taken time out of their day off for a last minute appointment, but he's the type of person who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy.

Came for an oil change and they screwed up big time. They applied too much torque on the bolts and stripped the threading. Then told me to have the resulting oil leaks fixed by the dealer under warranty. My car is new and this was the first oil change at 8000 miles. Stay away from this place.
