Charged me for an alignment and told me my tires were bad and I had a bad track bar so they couldn’t get it aligned. The track bar was new and tires had 7/32 remaining. Took it to another shop and they aligned it perfect. Sas had the track bar upside down.

This place is absolute and utter garbage. They sold trash tires to the place my son is financing a truck through. Upon installation they broke two tire pressure sensors and damaged 3 wheels. Now 2 weeks later the truck started shaking at highway speed and today upon coming back in from Sauharita the tire pressure sensor for the driver side showed the tire reading at 26 pounds of pressure. When he inspected the tire it showed as having 42 pounds of pressure and when inspecting the others he found the tire that had read at 26 pounds to be installed on the opposite side of which it was reading, so they installed the tires wrong and when inspecting the tire he found the valve stem to be leaking air. Research says that a valve stem leak is due various reasons none of which were the case aside from it being installed wrong. So my son took the his truck to his brother's work, (Walmart) about 1/2 a mile from our house which is the furthest he'd could drive safely to see if anything can be done. Upon their inspection it was found that the wheels had been torqued down so heavily that it would have caused further damage to the wheels, may have sheered a stud, or made it impossible to remove the wheels in the future. Fortunately a competent employee within Walmarts service department was able to remove them but not without finding further damage, damage being with the lug nuts themselves. He showed my son by it being torqued down as heavily as it was it had rounded off two of the lug nuts. It gets worse, to address the shake at highway speeds my son opted to get the tires rebalanced, when the employee at Walmart went to do so he noted not one but all four tires were not balanced properly and in fact not balanced at all.

Trash work, thieves, racially biased. If you get work done here be sure to keep a close eye on the work being done as they do shoddy work and damage things along the way. I recently had tires installed here and they not only damaged 3 wheels but damaged 2 TPMS sensors. Upon leaving I noticed one was not registering and asked about it and they said it would reset itself. My brother is a tire tech so I asked him if that's what it supposed to do and apparently they have have to be calibrated with an OBII tester. So I took it back and told them what was wrong and they told me the same thing while they "calibrated" it and while waiting for over an hour they'd come in and out whisper to one another in spanish, look in my direction, and laugh. If they think damaging my truck is funny, it's not. If they think doing shoddy work is funny, it's not. If you're going treat me like a second class citizen, my business with you is done. Don't treat your Hispanic customers like they're better. NOW 2 weeks later I've been driving my truck and it had taken on what they call a "death shake," a "death shake" can be due to several reasons dirt or debris on the wheels, different tire pressures, OR improper balancing. In my case they were improperly balanced, if they were balanced at all because when I had it inspected I was told that weights were put on such a way that there's no way they were balanced. Beyond that, after coming back into town from Sahuarita I developed low pressure in what I'd showed as my driver side, well it wasn't, it was on my passenger side and it was a valve stem leak. Well a little reading on valve stem leaks brought me to the conclusion that it to had either been installed wrong or damaged upon installation. When I had that inspected it in fact was damaged upon installation due to it being pulled through the wheel until it was torn and yet they still installed my tire/s and sent me on my way. With all these issues I took it to my brothers shop and further damage beyond the aforementioned damage was discovered. The tech that did work on my truck at my brothers shop noted that none of the wheels were torqued down to the proper weight, but over torqued by 80-90 ft. lbs., damaging two lug nuts by rounding them off. The tires call to be torqued down to 100 ft. lbs. so torquing them down to nearly twice as much needed likely could have caused FURTHER damage. I will not do business with this business again nor would I suggest it to anyone, even my worst enemy. P.S. If you do get work done from them and you too find it shoddy, or you find damage to your vehicle, they'll deny it was their doing.

The worst place to take your car. They overcharged by a lot they do not give you any detail receipt vehicle came back with scratches and dents interior Parts were damaged they assume no responsibility. I recommend you take your car elsewhere.

Came yesterday they were done like an hour and a half very fast service. They made sure the job was done right before I left their lot very friendly people and I will continue bringing both of my cars to this place to get my work done on my cars. Thank you.

brought my Jeep here to upgrade a track bar and an alignment. They did not put track bar on right They don't know nothing about suspension or alignment here. I had to go somewhere else to get it done waste of time and money

Great work I have no complaints, they did a lift kit on my Ram and came out fantastic also came back to replace my lower A-Arms and again fantastic work and got it done fast. I recommend them for your auto and truck repair. Great work guys. Will definitely come back for future work.
