I would usually go to Firestone since it’s the closest to my house. Well I reached out to Firestone about fixing a tire that I had taken off my vehicle, a patch or plug. Firestone proceeds to tell me they were booked up for weeks. So I came to Satto without an appointment, they had the tire back in the shop, repaired and fixed under 30mins. I’ll definitely be coming back to the guys here!!

I pulled up on a bit of a flat and as soon as I did a man approached my car and quoted me $255 for ONE replacement tire. I came here a year ago and they charged me $60 for one tire. $255 for ONE used tire is crazy! So how does the price jump that high? He saw I was in a desperate situation and tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. Let’s just say I pulled off immediately and made it down the street to another used tire shop where I was charged $40. Thank goodness I knew enough to know I had enough air to make it. They may be good to you if you’re not in a bad situation but if you pull up on a flat rest assured they will try to scam you. Never will I patronize this business again.

Great quick and friendly service. And they are open a little later than most for new AND used tires. 2/28/24 I visited this place as I needed a tire and it was after 5. Normally the language barrier is not so deep but this tech was rude and couldn’t understand us. I accidentally gave 60 rather than 50 and which the tires have went up. It wouldn’t be so bad that not even a hr later the tire is flat and no one is answering for assistance

This place is awesome! I called 10+ shops prior to coming here because nobody would mount 37’s same day and at a decent price. They were busy when I pulled in but they had me in and out as quickly as possible. Definitely will be back!
