I've had two cars there for repairs. They are trusted vendors for my insurance, and they worked with insurance company to get all the new parts needed...which my insurance company wasn't going to authorize initially. Good turnaround time, quality work.

They are the best!! My husband’s truck was hit by another driver and damage was done to the driver’s side doos and rocker panel. I picked Scarlett’s to do the work and WOW!!! They did an awesome job!! You can’t even tell where the truck was hit. Not only did they fix the body they detailed the truck inside and out. It looked brand spanking new. If you need body work done I highly recommend them!!

Rusty and Mason are the best. They definitely deserve a raise for how professional they handled everything. I have absolutely 0 complaints. These group of guys are the best. I’ve used them 3 times over the past 3 years and they’ve yet to let me down. Props to the guy who washed and cleaned my vehicle. Most people wouldn't even worry about cleaning the vehicle cause that’s not in the job description but these guys out of the goodness of their hearts always go above and beyond. Would recommend Scarlett’s collision repair to anyone! Thanks for everything

The people at this body shop are awesome! My car looks brand new and all communication with everyone there was easy. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs but if so, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Paint job was not correct the first time they painted the bumper because of the year of my 2012 Subaru and the paint color. I returned it and when it was repainted, it matched perfectly according to the paint chip.

I was coming back from Nashville and my alternator went out on my truck in Lebanon. I had no idea who to call so I got a referral from a auto repair friend of mine in Plesantville and he suggested I call Cody at Scarlett's Collision Center in Crossville. I did and he came all the way to Lebanon and picked up me and my truck. Cody was great, very professional and brought me right up to my door in Sparta. I cannot recommend a better company that will take better care of you than Cody and Scarlett's Collision Center. They truly know the meaning of good customer service. Give them a try if you ever need their service. You will be so glad you did.

Best shop in town! Excellent service from initial contact and scheduling repair to return of my vehicle. Work was completed not just on time, but ahead of schedule, quoted 3-4 days, had the vehicle back in two. Paint matches perfectly, looks good as it did off the showroom floor!

Rusty at Scarlet collision worked us into a schedule on a tight timeline as we were only going to be in the area a few days. He got our truck done one day early and under his estimated budget and did a fantastic job. All the staff we met were fantastic and a clean Office and shop that you could eat off the floor. Very impressive all the way around, couldn't recommend a better place.
