Saw the damage done to my car and agreed to be able to fix it. They have no communication whatsoever, you have to constantly be calling them to ask for updates or you won't hear from them at all. Here I am 3 months later my car still isn't fixed or has been touched AT ALL. I received a message saying my "car needs to be picked up or it will be moved to storage." As if I just dumped my car there, Instead of them just admitting they were never going to able to fix my car. Vela's was a complete WASTE OF TIME. Now my tires are flat, my car is still unfixed and im out $100 for the tow back to my house. NOT TO MENTION i got my keys back and they look all beat up and chewed like a dog bit them which is NOT how I gave it to them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
