Amazing service! So friendly and patient. Brought in my 2005 chevy malibu that had so many issues and they repaired it with no problem. I cannot say enough positive things about this place!

Car is in good working order after the visit. I was definitely sticker shocked after I received the bill, the work performed here is quality and the turn around was fast. I feel I got what I paid for and they are honest. At the end of the day the money is worth the peac of mind to me.

All of the staff at Schafer’s were very kind and helpful. I took my old 2006 car in for an inspection not really expecting good news. they let me know that the issues with the frame rails were so bad that they didn’t go on with the inspection knowing it would fail which would have cost me $100. I REALLY appreciate them for saving me the money and time. they were thorough and honest about the (bad) state of the car while also offering options if I did want to move forward with repairs. Although it’s time for my car to go to the junkyard, I will be coming back to Schafer’s when I get a new one. Thank you! 😊

I went to fix the AC for my old 1999 Mazda Miata. The service was excellent, and the staff were helpful! Although the AC was bad and had some broken, noncontinued hoses, the overall process went smoothly, and they managed to find the parts. I would always recommend this and consider bringing my car again to do more on it.

It’s very rare you can legitimately give out 5 stars. I’m also not someone who ever does reviews unless it’s really bad service or really good. Schafers was absolute 5 star service. From my initial phone call to see if they could complete this job to getting it done extremely quickly & properly they are nothing short of amazing & friendly! I’ll be back! Thanks guys!

Literally the best customer service and convenience in Philly. Honest trustworthy. They have drop off and pick up with a lockbox. Busy mom and nurse who works 12 hour shifts. They are the best!!
