Cant say that I can even go there anymore I’m done. it must be an age thing but that’s ok because Don started charging me for things that he normally wouldn’t charge for he always kept my car inside because he knew my grandfather and even my dad, until one day I knew he wasn’t communicating like he used to and something told me to check on my car. I went back and it was left outside unlocked, we know it’s not the greatest neighborhood overnight Alone for a weekend outside his place. There’s no more calling saying your car is ready Caught him in a few lies about things and He just must not be able to retire. this is the same man that would always communicate with me And let me know that he has room or not to keep my car inside. And now it’s zero Communication he has little help and let’s face that he’s not doing the work himself.

The best shop , my car was fixed in one day , no problems .these guys do great work from old school cars to new school cars . I've had both of impalas worked on here my 95 impala and my 2014 impala they have great service . Would recommend to everyone . Places like this don't get recognized enough.fast,clean,reliable service and not over priced . And trustworthy not out to break your pockets but to fix your car and get the job done right the first time .

Small but good. No fancy waiting room, etc to raise costs. Always busy - a good sign for an independent. You talk with a mechanic when you call - no 'customer service' staff on payroll here! (Tho they might not have time to gab...)They did a big job on my old van, extending it's life. Other shops probably wouldn't have done it - not thorough enough to notice the issue & prefer to stick to dubious, over-priced 'maintenance'. A shop to trust & respect.

Don is a great guy. He got my daughters car up and running fast for us. Even recommending waiting on another issue, to see how it runs now. Any other shop would have taken your money and done more than needed. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust. Thank you for such good care!

Instead of Saul, you better call Schall! It's a small hidden shop in Rochester I was shown by my family, I recommend them to all my friends. They do honest work and explain what they do, Don Schall and his guys will take care of your car well.

No slick sales work happening here. Laid back intelligent crew of good men. In a world of auto parts sales frenzy to push sales of questionable need this little clean, well organized place with a few good men are refreshing to work with. You have to pull into Salvatores on e ridge to get to this business you can leave your car or if you wait you can have great pizza or a beer next door.

Very poor service I was recommended by a friend tolde my car was fine charged me ...I keep telling them my car wasn't right I took it somewhere else..to find out that it needs wheel bearings...and my back shock was bad well I guess because I was a female ...I told them i neef the wheel bearings i even had them in the front seat of my car .....I payef for them to look aty car fir notjing the mechanic just shrugged his shoulders and walked away poor business .........took my money ..I callef them they said bring it back i will subtract the fee.....I heard clunking when i backed up it was loud ...well we drive it.. didn't hear anything well i checked the miliages ...same miles when i dropped off they never drove my car..........I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ....

25$ to replace a headlight I provided seemed like a bit much. EDIT: they installed it and failed to actually screw the headlight back in, so it was loose and wiggling. That's pretty inexcusable.

Popped a tire. I went there with no appointment and he took care of me. Very helpful in my time of need
