I never post on these reviews, but felt this was important for consumers to be aware of. Have had problems every time I go here. They don’t stand by their warranty or anything that’s discussed at purchase. We bought a brand new Odyssey, and paid for the extended warranty that covers electric components. We were told we would have 4 free oil changes. They tried to make us pay every time, and I either had to call my sales rep or call the service center. We’ve had it for less than 2 years and the cap on one of our emergency break caliper fell off for no apparent reason, and they are not covering that under the standard manufacturers warranty. They said this part “never” fails so therefore it had to be an outside source that caused it to fail and therefore won’t cover it under warranty and made me pay a diagnostic fee to tell me what I already new was wrong. Very disappointed because we have enjoyed our vehicle. Will never go here again and will warn all customers about the service center.

I’ve been bringing all of my vehicles to this place for over 10 years.. but the last couple of years, I’ve noticed the quality of service declining significantly and the prices increasing significantly. They say they provide a multipoint inspection free with each service visit. I used to trust that they really did that inspection, but the techs are obviously just marking things off without looking at everything. We brought in our car recently for a simple oil change, nothing major. Today I replaced my air filters and realized that my coolant reservoir was completely empty.. that’s supposed to be checked in the free inspection and it was marked as “good”. Now I’m second guessing all of the work I have had done the last couple of visits.. I’ve spent a few thousand this year on various services and now I’m concerned about the quality of work. I used to recommend them to everyone; that they were worth the “premium”. And now.. I don’t know..

Please for the sake of your time, car and mental health, don’t get your car serviced here! If I could rate it no stars I definitely would, which is ironic considering I loved this place enough to purchase my car from here. I took my car in for a service on the window regulator, and going here was my biggest mistake and regret. During the whole 3 days that they kept my car, they never once reached out to me concerning what was going on with my car or the next steps I needed to take in getting it fixed. And when I got tired of waiting, I would reach out to them to only be told I would get called back and I never would. Not only that, but Shay the service manager decided to take the choice upon himself to put in an aftermarket regulator, that was doctored up to fit in my car. WITHOUT GETTING WITH ME FIRST. I didn’t find out what they did until they were trying to check out for the service. All of that was bad, but on top of that THEY BROKE MY CAR HANDLE DURING THE TIME OF SERVICE. Shay (again the manager) said that it was fine because they fixed it. Without ever acknowledging the fact that they treated my car with little to no care. Then while checking out I had to bring up the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty for the work that they did, because I wasn’t comfortable with what they chose to do to my car without consent. Shay said that they don’t make an effort to bring the warranty up to people as well, which is honestly so dishonest and unethical. When people get their car serviced at a dealership like that, they should be completely aware of the option to come back concerning that specific service they got within that 12 month/12,000 mile window. I’m still in such disbelief with what happened there. I just know I will not be coming back unless something happens with my regulator for that warranty. I don’t really write reviews, but I felt like I had an obligation to write one for this place. I just want to protect anyone from having a similar experience, because it was horrible.

Easy online scheduling. Advisors friendly on arrival.. Nice waiting room with amenities. Fast oil change as well with easy check out and no pressure to add additional services etc.

I feel like having just purchased my vehicle a year ago I shouldn’t have to have so much work done, but I’m glad I got the warranty. I did have to return to the shop because they didn’t fix my exhaust right.. which was frustrating

I've taken my cars here for over a decade. I never feel pressured to do more than what needs to be done. They've always covered problems that were Honda's fault and not mine. I get regular maintenance here. Almost always paired with the same person, which makes it so much easier. Seriously the best. I only own Hondas and I won't go anywhere else.

Scholfield has been top notch. Workmanship is second to none and the communication throughout the service is fantastic. I've taken all of my vehicles to them for the last three years and highly recommend.

Everyone is very nice, the service is good too. Only down side; they wanted to charge me $62 to clean the battery terminal after a battery replacement on warranty.

Worst service ever, unprofessional work, lack of testing, paid a lot of money but my car couldn't be repaired, said I wouldn't fix it when they didn't ask and I never said never. 👎 Take a lot of money but don't know what it is? 300$ it’s doesn’t say about that money for what.

Brought in my car for routine oil change and I had a leak around my valve cover gasket, uhg, they went above and beyond for me, got it fixed the same day and was covered under the warranty I wasn't sure I would ever use! Manager in service/Travis and staff were great! Big thanks to all involved. So appreciated, you have made the experience worth coming back. Past has been touch and go but I think you made up for it with this visit and all you did! Keep up the good work!

Purchased my first brand new Honda recently. Big disappointment. Paint is chipping off. 40K vehicle and it seems I have gotten stuck with a vehicle I will have to soon spend on paint! Should of stayed with Chevy😭

All the services are way overpriced; of course they always show you things that need attention, which is fine, but they're crazy if they think I'm paying what they're asking, I got a new battery which was bad enough ($190). They wanted $60 for a cabin air filter (got one on Amazon for $20, super easy to put in); $60 for a pollen filter (again, bounce one on Amazon for $20), $50 for some anti-corrosion battery stuff (got on Amazon for $5), and lastly $80 for new wiper blades (got them on Amazon for $30). Really Scholfield, you should be ashamed, this is taking advantage of people who don't know much about car maintenance. Pure greed. They do give you an uber to & from the shop tho, so there's that. Just do your research first, I guarantee you will find better deals, especially on things like filter & wiper blades 🙄

Unimpressed...as we were traveling that weekend and we needed a "short" appointment to determine if our vehicle was drivable. We understand a service department being busy, but we were disappointed they couldn't offer a few minutes to help us narrow down what might be the problem.
