I am a repeat customer. My most recent issue was a coolant leak on my 2013 Chevy Cruze. The customer service was top notch. They kept me updated on the progress and status of my car after I dropped it off. They provided a video text of their findings of what the issues were with my car. They also provided me transportation to get home from their shop. That is going above and beyond and puts them head and shoulders above other auto repair shops for me. Repairs were made and no issues have occurred since the repairs. I highly recommend Schorie Auto for auto repair needs.

This shop was going to charge me over 1200 For a water pump on a 2016 GMC Terrain, apparently there are 2 scenarios one the water pump is harder to get to depending on which model you have. I was told it would take 4hours labor, took it to another shop he looked it up and charged me 435, this is how I learned that there were to different scenarios for repair. You did a great job on the oil change though.

We have loved this place for a long time. Just this year alone we have spent over $6k. The last two times we have been there have been horrible - what you would expect a shady car place. Last time, we asked them not to do something and they did it (cost $250) and we left and our vehicle was worse off and had to call them to fix it. Admitted their error. Second time they said it was struts and the dealership said that is impossible. You literally cannot trust what they are saying is happening to your vehicle. You cannot have faith them. It is super unfortunate and we will no longer patronize this place.

Great experience! If you want an auto repair shop that considers you a part of their extended family and only tells you the truth, go here! Their staff does not upsell you. They only advise of the true issues and they work with you on budget and create a plan for future repairs.

Drive shaft decided to depart from my transfer case. These guys got me in a free rental car for a day and got it replaced and out the door in 24 hours! Great job on the jeep guys. I'm sure more parts will be breaking on my jeep and I'll be bringing it back for future repairs. Thanks for the great job guys! Update: Had the jeep in again for a standard oil change. The techs gave the jeep a good once over and found a coolant leak I had been chasing for a while! I'm fixing the leak myself, but thanks for the assist in tracking that elusive leak down. Their inspections are very thorough and I appreciate the detailed documentation, including pictures, that goes along with the inspection. Thanks for another great job guys!

Outstanding service and value and communication. Never tried to up sell me.. They just made common sense recommendations and needs. Very nice and clean shop and waiting area. The ladies and Rick at the front desk are always nice and social. I highly recommend them! Already made another appointment for our other car.

Scheduled an appointment for a filter and oil change. Discovered a couple of more issues that could have been a disaster on down the road. Had these issues taken care of by an excellent staff. From the manger to the technician. EXCELLENT service. Reasonably priced. Thank you And will return again.
